Role plays and demonstrations. With a high level of interactivity, the training is delivered using visual, audio and drama activities,
ensuring that the learning is absorbed, practiced and committed to memory. This methodology is exciting, entertaining and very
effective.

Corporate work experience:
Pakhi has worked for Forbes Marshall a Specialist in Energy Conservation and Process Efficiency with presence in 14 countries. As part of the
HR team she conducted several in house programmes on teamwork and team management. She also custom designed these programmes for
various teams across the group based on individual needs.
Pakhi also worked with KPIT Cummins a leading global IT Consulting Company, where she was responsible for various strategic HR initiatives of the
SAP Business Unit.
Theater experience:
Pakhi is a passionate theater enthusiast. She has worked with organizations to help bring various well renowned plays to the city of
Pune. She herself has taken part in various plays and drama initiatives. She is also a trained kathak dancer. Pakhi has attended
