Enforce and have complete working knowledge of the HUD 4350.3 handbook, keeping up to date on any changes and
relaying the information to my personnel.

Prepare and submit HAP vouchers each month to CMS as well as the Ogden Housing Authority and working closely
with each agency in any issues regarding tenant recertification and HAP changes.
Monitor apartment vacancies and assuring a timely turnover of units to maximize revenue.
Immediate supervisor of a staff consisting of thirteen (13) employees working with Section 8, Section 42, Mod Rehab,
and conventional programs.
Hiring of staff within my portfolio as well as employing disciplinary action when needed. Oversee all functions of my

Process lease terminations and evictions in compliance with state and local laws. Responsible for preparing all legal
documentation for evictions and appearing in court with the corporate attorney.
Assist and communicate with the maintenance department in all aspects as related to my portfolio.
Submit reserve for replacement, conduct site inspections, preparation for various inspections and audits, property
budgets, and any other assignments as needed.
Work closely with vendors, HUD personnel, Housing Authority personnel, co-workers, and residents providing the
utmost in customer service and satisfaction.
I began my property management career in 1991 as a site manager and was promoted to my current position in 1996. As a site manager I
processed tenant Initial, Interim, and Annual Recertification, and dealt with the many duties and requirements of direct site management.
