Summary of
qualifications
I have worked in the Pricing Department of McKesson Extended Care division
for over 28 years and with McKesson in general for 30 years. During that time,
I have provided outstanding customer service to both our sales force and
vendors as well as receiving several promotions. Part of my job duties include
analyzing profit and loss margin reporting and working to improve overall
company profit margins using various created or company mainframe generated
documentation. Because I work with many departments across the company I
am able to facilitate the process of melding their programs into the Pricing
Department for increased sales and customer satisfaction. During the last 28
years I have been involved with training the New Sales Reps about the Pricing
Department and Electronic Price Book. I was a Pricing Contracts Supervisor
for 2 years and facilitated the hiring and firing of staff as well as adhering to a
department budget. I have worked with the McKesson Extended Care AS/400
system for over 28 years and have assisted in developing, testing and training
users for most of the current and past user programs. I have tested reporting for
these user programs as well. I have cross referenced competitor price lists to
McKesson product lines thus creating competitive bids to increase sales. Along
with passing along cost increases to our customers, I currently handle a cross
reference database for one of our divisions’ insurance customers. I was
involved with the Gulf South Account Pricing Integration over to the Extended
Care platform which entailed coordinating with the current Manager of the
