3.  The goal of triple jump is try to do the
most distance in three jumps.

4.  To perform a triple jump must make a raid, a
second jump, a third and falling. The jump is
one of the two sequences of legs: left, left, right
and fall or right, right, left and fall.

5.  The installation for this type of jump is the same as for
the long jump, except in international competitions in
which off board is located 13 metres.

6.  This modality was introduced in the Olimpic
Games in 1896 in Athens.

7.  In the category of women the record is 15,50
metres for Inessa Kravets.
 In the category of men the record is 18,29
metres for Jonathan Edwards.
