- Eliminating total phosphorus
Replace coagulant based aluminium by coprecipitation theory.
- Reducing non-degradable organic matters
The organic matters is devided by hydroxyl Radical at β-chain according Beta fission theory. Then it is easy to treat with chemical
or other way.
- Improving surfactant
The surfactant is soluble in water over critical micelle concentration level by redox reaction, so cleaning power is increased.
- Anti-rusting
The steel pipe have to extract electron to be rusted, but sufficient electrons are supplied in the process of
redox reaction in fluid. therefore, the steel pipe can not be rusted.
- Preventing scale
The scale ion of calcium (Ca2+), magnesium (Mg2+) are crystalized in fluid during Redox Process, then it is
impossible to stick in pipe wall.
- Stink elimination
The cause of odor is fundamentally eliminated, decomposing odor elements by the electrochemical reaction.
- Sterilization
There are three ways of sterilization by Redox Reactor as below.
1. Sterilization by the hemolysis of cell membrane caused by the ion exchange with the cell of microbe.
2. Sterilization by more than 600mV electric potentials produced during REDOX reaction.
And the electrons generated by Redox reaction remain in the fluid still have the ability to sterilize bacteria.
It can be continued for 3~4 hours, so the efficiency of sterilization is very high, especially on mold, fungi, algae,
moss and virus.
3. The hydroxyl radical (OH radical) is formed in the process of oxidation and reduction reaction, and it’s involved
in almost every sterilizing process in nature. It’s 800 times more powerful than the sterilizing by chlorine

What is REDOX REACTOR ? (REDOX is short for Oxidation and Reduction)
Unlike any other water softener which use ion-exchange-resin, REDOX reactor use a special metal alloy material,
state of the art chemical technology that gives more than just water softening such as powerful sterilization, odor
reduction, scale elimination, heavy metal elimination and rust elimination through the reaction against fluids, and
yet it’s eco-friendly, and does not cause an accompanying pollution.
REDOX REACTION
If fluid is flowed in REDOX REACTOR, electron's current occurs by reaction process.
This process makes electric potential over 600~800 mV.
