12. Windows Media DRM/PlayReady Export functionality
enables licensed applications to decrypt content protected
by Windows Media DRM/ PlayReady, and re-encrypt in an
another content protection scheme (CPS) explicitly
specified by the associated license issuer.
The license issuer explicitly authorizes the export of
content to a specific CPS through an inclusion list.
Microsoft offers a simple registration program that requires
a one-time fee to process the rights mapping.
