4. 2. In a square of 8x8m play a “1-touch Rondo”. With 8 players outside and 2 players inside. The objective
is to do 21 consecutive passes without interception. Who lose the ball switch with the inside players.

5. 3. General Activation. Upper body and lower body exercises:
skip, backwards, adductors, acceleration, speed, short diagonal’s. Time: 5’00’’

7. 4. Team divided in 3 teams of 6 players. 2 teams play inside against each other and the 3rd stays outside
as offensive support. Inside play 2-touch and outside play 1-touch. Time: 6 x 3’00’’ with 1’00’’ rest to
change offensive supports.
