Description The project involved the teachers and students basic computer
training. After the training teachers search the internet and prepared a
video simulation and presentation for their lesson topics. Students
observe different climatic regions of Ethiopia using Bing map and
Encarta, gather information from the internet about dominant
vegetations and animals, and the population distribution across the
regions. And then develop researches, list down the major threat and
suggest some possible solutions to alleviate the problems in relation
with the climatic conditions. They also follow-up their lessons with the
support of computers; communicate and submit their assignments to
their teacher and prepared presentations for their researches.
To enrich the resource library teachers prepared downloadable web
resources and collected local resources.
