have a 6 days delivery with an average of 300+ HUs, last week we had been receiving stock transfers and there
was huge chaos where Mr.Chandrakant managed the entire project with the team of 5 and support from
seniors.

Very hardworking, intelligent & excellent customer service is his motive & good team motivator. He is trying his best to prove himself by
giving good ideas and trying to change displays on regular basis

Madan Das :
Madan Das is the hero of the week for my store as he is the one I always cherish. He not only handles staples section but does cashiering
at required time. This person has never say die attitude. He is always smiling, Cheerful with hardworking behaviour, person behind the
escalation of staples sale.
Not ending here but he keeps motivating other staff whenever they are low with energy or sale.
ANNA STORE
Madhuri Vengulekar & Nitin Bharadwaj :
They both have learned cashiering in a very short span of time and have also started giving training to other staff on same. Madhuri takes
care of customer queries and handles it effectively.
Nitin supports other staff in motivating them preparing them to give better nos. in all the major offers running in the store. Both are
responsible, hardworking & dedicated & spend time on store activities even after their shift is over.

perfect motivator who has hold on team management. He handles floor as well as backend job efficiently & has proved himself many a
times when it comes to sale enhancement. He is target oriented, whatever target is given to him or committed by him he makes sure that it
is achieved.

Jai Prakash Yadav :
He is one of the strong player of our team who can fit in any work. His special quality is that he is very good in unloading the dry vehicle
with proper Hu & Micro level checking. He takes up the charge of unloading the vehicle & release it on time. Maintains BOH Spic & Span
for future deliveries . He is also a very good cashier and focused on BB299. Any work given to him is done on or before time.
TIRUPATI STORE
Vishal Patil :
New Joinee with better understand good grasping power with learning attitude and an asset to the store.. His continues efforts in improving
staples section has shown the best result. He is expert in selling 555 basket & has maintained his good work he is also quick in handling
customer queries and resolving it there and then. He is very kind and soft spoken to customers & works on the feedback given by any
customers for his section.
Vrindavan Store – Thane
Vasant Shinde from F&V Section, Very sensitive to his section. Takes care of his section very nicely. Very hard working, energetic while
unloading the Vehicle, does timely mark down, dump entries and Indenting is his baby and is very efficient at it.
Ankesh Turbhadkar is a Cashier, again very dedicated, supports everyone in the team to complete their daily task. So very good team
player.
Spring Avenue – Kalyan
Reshma Mane from PF Section, very effective inn her section. Perfectly handles shelving, face ups, SEL updating, Promo execution.

understanding new changes and is very fast in Cashiering.

Rajanikant Kirtikar from F&V Section, a man with a smiling face right at the entrance of the store. Handles his fruits & Vegetables with
utmost care and always thinking to enhance freshness of stocks and to reduce the losses.

Jyotiram More from Staples, apart from handling his section is one of the fastest Cashier in the team, very good at up selling, very
efficient in handling customer queries himself without anyone’s intervention.
Anil Kolambe from PF, very good at his section but what I as amazed was that he is very effective at up selling since he knows all the
promos on tip of his tongue.

Very excellent in cross selling & upselling. Last week one lady customer has come to our store & asked Uttam for 40 Kg Attas. Uttam gave
her our 4 (555 Basket) which covers 20 Kg atta & give other 20 Kg atta to her.He is very energetic & handles the customer very well
Harsh Plaza
Chitra More she is transferred from Crystal Mall Andheri Work in Dairy & F&V section. She is expert in date check, FIFO due to which we
are able to control dump & shrink for our store also she is working hard & dedicated for her job. She also knows the system very well, she
is a F&V indent champ doing indent as per the customers demand
Gagan Galaxy
Vishwanath Parad- FnV champ, Vishwanat is always working with full energy, passion and eager to learn. He has now doing SAP
indenting, dump & dump on arrival. He is also helping the customer to make the maximum bachat by explaining them the offers of F & v
.and MSP OFFERS. He is playing important role in Gagan Galaxy team.

Vinod More: He is working in F&V section he makes F&V in our store fly many customers are happy with displays & the quality for F&V all
maintain by Vinod F&V section is always clean Vinod knows all the offers in F&V promoting the customers very well once the customer
purchase the F&V more than 100 he is forcing the customer for the BB & the customer happily takes it because he is having that kind of
relation with his customers
Devedra Patil: Devendra is the director for the excellent display of Pvt Label many of the customers are attracting towards the display &
then Devendra finish his task by giving them in basket of N Food. He is good in Up selling & promoting 299
