The BOH champ, one of the most challenging task to manage at store and especially at my store wherein we
have a 6 days delivery with an average of 300+ HUs, last week we had been receiving stock transfers and there
was huge chaos where Mr.Chandrakant managed the entire project with the team of 5 and support from
seniors.

He is Handling F&V section. His Major Responsibility and also he mastered himself In.
1. FnV dump controlling
2. FnV GRN & GRN related issue.
3. Cleaning & SEL + promo of FnV section

A FNV champ he is found of making good displays, maintaining good stocks at shelf making a Just harvested
look, making write indents, maintaining the records of dump, his contribution has helped store get maximum up
sales in FNV section.

He is one of the best cashier at Dev Darshan he has maintained a good scan speed with an average of 13.86,
he is good at up sell and make sure every cash till has enough stock of Bill Bustor products, he helps the CAN
is maintaining the registers and records of daily needs.

He is an all-rounder at store there is no job in Reliance fresh that he might not know. He with the help of all
team member has helped in executing the newly introduced concept called SELF HELP at store, which has
helped maintaining store to the exceptional standards with no expiry dust and FEFO at its best.

Sai palace Vashi:
Nandkumar Kamble :
Takes care of the FNV Section does maximum interaction with the customers and is a champ in selling our 299
& 555 basket. He has a born quality of interacting with customers which has led in building up strong relation
with every customers

Kakson Chembur:
Imtiyaz Suleman–
He is very hard working CSA & taking extra care of his very own staple section. Leading an example to other
CSA to make sure their section appears a bright as his. He is very sincere in his work & always very helpful for
store operation. He has very good at customer service and has knowledge about the majority of store
operation

                          A GMADU section champ, he also takes care of many other store activities like helping C n A & Sr.CSA, His job
                          was highly appreciated when he himself took up the initiative of taking care of paper inserts

Chetan jadhav :
Chetan handles Process Food section and he is very good in giving displays and maintaining huge stock. He is accurate in all the task
given to him makes things easier & simple to work on. He is time oriented and opportunist. He likes to complete the given task before time.
Very hardworking, intelligent & excellent customer service is his motive & good team motivator. He is trying his best to prove himself by
giving good ideas and trying to change displays on regular basis
FRAMROZ STORE
Madan Das :
Madan Das is the hero of the week for my store as he is the one I always cherish. He not only handles staples section but does cashiering
at required time. This person has never say die attitude. He is always smiling, Cheerful with hardworking behaviour, person behind the
escalation of staples sale.
Not ending here but he keeps motivating other staff whenever they are low with energy or sale.
ANNA STORE
Madhuri Vengulekar & Nitin Bharadwaj :
They both have learned cashiering in a very short span of time and have also started giving training to other staff on same. Madhuri takes
care of customer queries and handles it effectively.
Nitin supports other staff in motivating them preparing them to give better nos. in all the major offers running in the store. Both are
responsible, hardworking & dedicated & spend time on store activities even after their shift is over.
BHOLAS STORE
Rahul Kanojia :
Rahul handles Processed food section for my store & Maintains good display for the same he takes care of expiry audit of his section & is

one of the best champion for selling BB 299. He is dedicated towards his work self motivated & Hardworking. He also attends customer for
increasing sale and ticket size. He is through with all the offers running in the store. He is a very good team player and always ready to
help
KAMANI WADI STORE
Chandan Roshan :
Chandan has good leadership qualities & he takes care of the store as his own baby. He maintains the store as per the standard & a
perfect motivator who has hold on team management. He handles floor as well as backend job efficiently & has proved himself many a
times when it comes to sale enhancement. He is target oriented, whatever target is given to him or committed by him he makes sure that it
is achieved.
TARDEO STORE
Jai Prakash Yadav :
He is one of the strong player of our team who can fit in any work. His special quality is that he is very good in unloading the dry vehicle
with proper Hu & Micro level checking. He takes up the charge of unloading the vehicle & release it on time. Maintains BOH Spic & Span
for future deliveries . He is also a very good cashier and focused on BB299. Any work given to him is done on or before time.
TIRUPATI STORE
Vishal Patil :
New Joinee with better understand good grasping power with learning attitude and an asset to the store.. His continues efforts in improving
staples section has shown the best result. He is expert in selling 555 basket & has maintained his good work he is also quick in handling
customer queries and resolving it there and then. He is very kind and soft spoken to customers & works on the feedback given by any
customers for his section.
Vrindavan Store – Thane
Vasant Shinde from F&V Section, Very sensitive to his section. Takes care of his section very nicely. Very hard working, energetic while
unloading the Vehicle, does timely mark down, dump entries and Indenting is his baby and is very efficient at it.
 Ankesh Turbhadkar is a Cashier, again very dedicated, supports everyone in the team to complete their daily task. So very good team
player.
Spring Avenue – Kalyan
Reshma Mane from PF Section, very effective inn her section. Perfectly handles shelving, face ups, SEL updating, Promo execution.

Handles Cash tills also and is instrumental in up selling and cross selling. Very watchful is was instrumental in catching two thefts at the
store.
Ashwin Kumar Chowbey Assistant Store Manager, good guidance to staff, good displays of various Categories, good up selling
personally and really worked hard on Cleanliness of shelves, proper shelving and cleaning of BOH..
Prince Hotel – Thane
Hemant Borse NF Section, Very hard working and carefully handles his section.Personally takes responsibility for displays and promo
execution.
Umesh Sawant from Staples Section, apart from his section is having good knowledge of other sections too. Takes interest in
understanding new changes and is very fast in Cashiering.
Gopi Cinema – Dombiwali
Rajanikant Kirtikar from F&V Section, a man with a smiling face right at the entrance of the store. Handles his fruits & Vegetables with
utmost care and always thinking to enhance freshness of stocks and to reduce the losses.
Gautam Satpute from Staples, very much focused on 199 and 555 Baskets. Is very energetic and always like to help Customers. Takes
personal interest for displays
Sanskar Tower – Thane
Shyamal Mendonca from PF, a small doll with ever shining smile is very good at Displays, very efficiently is handling her department and
very popular Cashier amongst the Customers.
Rahul Singh from NF is very hard work & dedicated. Apart from handling his section personally came to store on week off day to complete
pending work
Jai Jagdamba – Thane
Jyotiram More from Staples, apart from handling his section is one of the fastest Cashier in the team, very good at up selling, very
efficient in handling customer queries himself without anyone’s intervention.
Anil Kolambe from PF, very good at his section but what I as amazed was that he is very effective at up selling since he knows all the
promos on tip of his tongue.
Mehak Motors – Ulhasnagar
Prashant Raut from PF, he is a new joiner but very bright candidate. Knows all the promos, very confident & very good at Customer
service

Preeti Bhoir from F&V Section, very much instrumental to get the Sales of F&V to a level where they are back today. Very much
concerned of her section and is doing a good job around 12 ft Chiller. That’s destination Preeti.
Mahadev Hotel - Thane
Santosh Parab from Staples, Newly joined highly motivated, positive towards work and very effective at Customer Service.
Ganesh Chowdhary, Assistant Store Manager is almost everywhere.Young and upcoming leader, very dynamic, positive and very service
oriented. Quick learner and he made Abhijeets’s life comfortable.
TVS Motors – Kalyan
Atul Pundekar from PF Catman does speedy replenishment, eye-catching displays and is learning backend operations. Good at up
selling and Customer service.
Prashant Sane F&V Catman. Takes care of his section well by sorting, misting and keeping produce fresh. His up selling with a smile is
well appreciated by Customers.

Rajendra Chilka for his outstanding performance in Apparels Alterations & customer's service

Jabar is Fastest Cashier in our Store. Up selling is his skill which he has really developed over a period of time. Always ready to help

customer. Good indent for FnV category. Control dump for FnV. DC Vehicle unloading for any time.

Pradeep Patel in Staples Section, He is motivated & aggressive about all the store promos, creates new displays and does cross selling &
up selling to our customers, he always comes well-groomed, is very much disciplined towards every senior, he is also champ in selling fast
BB 299&555 basket.

Arati Narkar - She is handling Staples section. she has maintained her section well . She has done good job today in selling 199Staples
& also sold 555 basket.

Priya in Non- food there was some changes done. She has also have maintained her section well. Even after Changes she was through
with all SEL's put up. She have shown great effort in selling 199 Non food Pvt label.
Manukrupa
Uttam Hodge. He is a F & V Champion, Handling F&V Section very efficiently. Also do the cashiering whenever there is cashier shortage.
Very excellent in cross selling & upselling. Last week one lady customer has come to our store & asked Uttam for 40 Kg Attas. Uttam gave
her our 4 (555 Basket) which covers 20 Kg atta & give other 20 Kg atta to her.He is very energetic & handles the customer very well
Harsh Plaza
Chitra More she is transferred from Crystal Mall Andheri Work in Dairy & F&V section. She is expert in date check, FIFO due to which we
are able to control dump & shrink for our store also she is working hard & dedicated for her job. She also knows the system very well, she
is a F&V indent champ doing indent as per the customers demand
Gagan Galaxy
Vishwanath Parad- FnV champ, Vishwanat is always working with full energy, passion and eager to learn. He has now doing SAP
indenting, dump & dump on arrival. He is also helping the customer to make the maximum bachat by explaining them the offers of F & v
.and MSP OFFERS. He is playing important role in Gagan Galaxy team.
Vishnupratibha Virar
Vinod More: He is working in F&V section he makes F&V in our store fly many customers are happy with displays & the quality for F&V all
maintain by Vinod F&V section is always clean Vinod knows all the offers in F&V promoting the customers very well once the customer
purchase the F&V more than 100 he is forcing the customer for the BB & the customer happily takes it because he is having that kind of
relation with his customers
Devedra Patil: Devendra is the director for the excellent display of Pvt Label many of the customers are attracting towards the display &
then Devendra finish his task by giving them in basket of N Food. He is good in Up selling & promoting 299

He not only handles staples section but does cashiering at required time. This person has never say die attitude. He is always smiling, Cheerful with hardworking behaviour, person behind the escalation of staples sale. Not ending here but he keeps motivating other staff whenever they are low with energy or sale. ANNA STORE Madhuri Vengulekar & Nitin Bharadwaj : They both have learned cashiering in a very short span of time and have also started giving training to other staff on same. TIRUPATI STORE Vishal Patil : New Joinee with better understand good grasping power with learning attitude and an asset to the store.. His continues efforts in improving staples section has shown the best result. He is expert in selling 555 basket & has maintained his good work he is also quick in handling customer queries and resolving it there and then. He is very kind and soft spoken to customers & works on the feedback given by any customers for his section. Vrindavan Store – Thane Vasant Shinde from F&V Section, Very sensitive to his section. Takes care of his section very nicely. Very hard working, energetic while unloading the Vehicle, does timely mark down, dump entries and Indenting is his baby and is very efficient at it. Ankesh Turbhadkar is a Cashier, again very dedicated, supports everyone in the team to complete their daily task. So very good team player. Uttam gave her our 4 (555 Basket) which covers 20 Kg atta & give other 20 Kg atta to her.He is very energetic & handles the customer very well Harsh Plaza Chitra More she is transferred from Crystal Mall Andheri Work in Dairy & F&V section. She is expert in date check, FIFO due to which we are able to control dump & shrink for our store also she is working hard & dedicated for her job. She also knows the system very well, she is a F&V indent champ doing indent as per the customers demand Gagan Galaxy Vishwanath Parad- FnV champ, Vishwanat is always working with full energy, passion and eager to learn. He has now doing SAP indenting, dump & dump on arrival. He is also helping the customer to make the maximum bachat by explaining them the offers of F & v .and MSP OFFERS. He is playing important role in Gagan Galaxy team.
