120 to 150 permits are operating in the project including PMC activity.

measures are in place. Giving safety induction to all newly joined employees prior to their
introduction to site and ensuring all workers are conversant with the standard procedures
associated.
 Ensure all the equipments, tools, materials are inspected and certified prior to their
introduction to projects and maintaining related records. Ensure the competency and
compliance by inspection of Cranes and lifting tackles, electrically powered tools,
extension cords, slings and chains, safety harness, scaffolds, ladders, pressure gauges,
Pneumatic hoseand tools, etc.
 Also keep all records of induction training given to workers prior to their induction to site
and also the check lists for the authorization of equipments and machinery prior to its
utilization in site.
 Ensure Tool Box talk are conducted daily basis prior to commencing of every activity and
also ensure that proper communication and emergency procedures are established in the
site.

6.  Ensure all the condition laid down in the associated PTW is observed with respect to hot
/cold /confined space permits etc. Ensure all personnel are wearing Personnel Protective
Equipments and its availability as per the regulations.
 Carry out HSE inspection / Audits and Investigation to keep the staff very vigilant in
safety aspect.
 To carry out periodical checking of fire alarm and sprinkler operating system to ensure its
prompt working in case of any undue event.
 To prepare emergency evacuation procedure and ensure all personnel are well conversant
with by ensuring its application in the system. Conduct periodical mock drill to check and
ensure emergency evacuation plan are in place to meet any undue event.
