BACKGROUND
I specialize in SAP CRM consulting areas. I have Experience of 3 years in SAP domains

I hold an engineering degree in Information technology from West Bengal University of
Technology.

Description - As part of implementation initiated Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, SAP
Social Service is implemented to provide the Saudi citizen with social
benefits.
2. Responsibilities - Has been part of end to end implementation of Social service
implementation.
I was part of design team and documented functional design (FDDs).
I was part of the offshore efforts for configuration of SAP CRM Social
service related configurations, service request management, case
management, rule policy, multilevel categorization, Loyalty
management, incident and problem management, interaction center
inbox customization, AET enhancement.
Defect management and resolution using HPQC across testing cycles.
I interacted and operated with client from client site and was involved
in several design decision workshops.

St. Paul, Minnesota wanted to centralize their whole business by
implementing SAP CRM.
Responsibilities - I have been part of end to end implementation of the 3M CRM global
template.
I have been part of the offshore efforts for implementation of SAP
CRM –Master Data setup, Configuration of roles and relationships,
Account and contact management, Data sources, ELM, Transaction
launcher, Web-UI related changes.
Involved in Sales Cycle Configuration of transactions and activity
