Three other Treasures
 related to the Rosary:
 1. The Confraternity of the
  Rosary
 2. The Communion of Saints
 3. The Law of public prayer
          (St. Louis de Montfort)
(All the above have to do with the
Communion of Saints)
The Communion of Saints
I. The Confraternity
   of the Rosary.
The army of prayer warriors of
  the Catholic Church.
( It was started in the 12th century.
Unfortunately many of us have never
  heard of this Confraternity)
Our Lady asked St. Dominic
not just to get people to say
  the Rosary, but to come
  together in a united prayer.
 The Rosary Confraternity is
  the Confraternity officially
  appointed by the Church for
  the promotion of the Rosary.
Pope Leo XIII: “---St. Dominic (Spanish,
1170-1221) is said to have been its
 founder.”
The Cure of Ars (St. John Vianney)
said: "If anyone has the happiness
of being in the Confraternity of the
Rosary, he has in all corners of the
 world brothers and sisters who
pray for him.” There is always a
 fellow Rosarian somewhere in the
 world praying the Rosary and,
 wherever they are, Rosarians are
praying as of one heart and mind
 "like a single chorus of
 supplication" (cf. Acts 1:14).
"If anyone has
the happiness of
being in the
Confraternity of
the Rosary, he
has in all corners
of the world
brothers and
sisters who pray
for him.”
(St. John Vianney)
Pope Leo XIII said in his
encyclical on the Confraternity,
“Whenever a person fulfills his
obligation of reciting the Rosary
according to the rule of the
Confraternity, he includes in his
intentions all its members, and
they in turn render him the same
service many times over."
He includes in
his intentions
all its members,
and they in
turn render
him the same
service many
times over.
 It is a ‘prayer club’ or ‘prayer group’.
 The Rosary Confraternity has a
mission, a special ‘office’, ministry or
work for the Church. That is why until
modern times popes were inclined to
talk of Rosarians in almost military
terms. They were, the ARMY OF
  PRAYER WARRIORS, conscripted by
  St. Dominic, marching under the
banner of the Mother of God, united as
comrades, the enemies of evil both
  within and without.”
Let us all join
                              the Rosary
                              confraternity,
                              TO RAISE AN
                              ARMY OF
                              PRAYER
                              WARRIORS IN
                              MILLIONS------
                              around the
                              world, around
                              the clock, to
                              advance the
                              mission of the
                              Catholic
                              Church.
Confraternity of the Rosary
COMMUNION OF SAINTS:
II. WITH ALL THE
ANGELS AND SAINTS
IN HEAVEN!
The Communion of
Saints: The Rosary
“The communion of life with the Saints of
paradise is the remedy which I am giving
you. How great is their heavenly power.”

•Never pray the Rosary alone.
•Pray with Mary and the Angels and
saints.
The Holy Rosary: Mary’s words
1. Pray with Mary
                    • “The Rosary is a prayer
                    that you say together with
me. When you invite me to
pray for you (“pray for us
                    sinners, now”) I unite my
                    prayer to yours.”

                    • “When you recite the
                    Rosary, you invite me to
                    pray with you, and each
time, I truly join in your
                    prayer.”
 The Rosary mystically transports us to
Mary’s side. (Pope John Paul II)
 “It is a mother’s joy to be with her
  children.”
 “When you say the Rosary the angels
rejoice in it, the holy Trinity delights in
it, my son finds joy in it and I myself am
happier than you can possibly imagine.
After the holy Sacrifice of the Mass
there is nothing that I love so much as
the Holy Rosary." (Words of the Blessed
Virgin according to Blessed Alan de la Roche)
 The Eternal Father described to a group of us,
through a Visionary Friend of mine, what
happens when we pray the Rosary, saying,
"When you pray Holy Mary Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now......, the Blessed
Mother comes instantly to your side to pray
with you. And she does not come alone. She
brings angels and saints with her. And not just
one or two for she is the Queen of Angels and
Saints, so choirs of angels and saints come
with her. And she and Jesus are joined at the
heart and cannot be separated so she brings
Jesus with her. And Jesus cannot be
separated from the Trinity so He brings the
Father and the Holy Spirit with Him. And
where the Holy Trinity is, all of creation is, and
you are surrounded by such beauty and light as
you cannot imagine in this life.
Your Mother comes as Our Lady of Grace with her
hands outstretched. Rays of light emit from her
hands piercing your body, healing you and filling
you with graces. This is your inheritance which was
poured out from the heart of Jesus on the Cross, when
the centurion pierced His Heart with the spear, into the
only pure vessel ready to receive such graces at that
time, Your Mother. Now as you pray the Rosary, or
even just recite one Hail Mary, you receive your
portion of these graces. He also said at this time,
"Anyone who goes to Mary and prays the Rosary
    cannot be touched by Satan."
 Is it any wonder that anyone who prays the Rosary
from the heart is so blessed and protected and
powerful in their prayers for others?
1* Pray with Mary
            (“Pray for us sinners now”)

The Rosary prayer is no longer a monologue or a dialogue,
but a chorus---------a true communion of angels and saints!
FIFTEEN PROMISES OF THE BLESSED VIRGIN TO
CHRISTIANS WHO FAITHFULLY PRAY THE ROSARY
• 1. To all those who shall pray my Rosary devoutly, I promise my
special protection and great graces.
•2. Those who shall persevere in the recitation of my Rosary will
receive some special grace.
•3. The Rosary will be a very powerful armor against hell; it will
destroy vice, deliver from sin and dispel heresy.
•4. The rosary will make virtue and good works flourish, and will
obtain for souls the most abundant divine mercies. It will draw the
hearts of men from the love of the world and its vanities, and will
lift them to the desire of eternal things. Oh, that souls would
sanctify themselves by this means.
•5. Those who trust themselves to me through the Rosary will not
perish.
•6. Whoever recites my Rosary devoutly reflecting on the
mysteries, shall never be overwhelmed by misfortune. He will not
experience the anger of God nor will he perish by an unprovided
death. The sinner will be converted; the just will persevere in
grace and merit eternal life.
 7. Those truly devoted to my Rosary shall not die without the
    sacraments of the Church.
 8. Those who are faithful to recite my Rosary shall have during their
life and at their death the light of God and the plenitude of His graces
and will share in the merits of the blessed.
 9. I will deliver promptly from purgatory souls devoted to my Rosary.
 10. True children of my Rosary will enjoy great glory in heaven.
 11. What you shall ask through my Rosary you shall obtain.
 12. To those who propagate my Rosary I promise aid in all their
    necessities.
 13. I have obtained from my Son that all the members
of the Rosary Confraternity shall have as their
intercessors, in life and in death, the entire celestial
    court.
 14. Those who recite my Rosary faithfully are my beloved children,
the brothers and sisters of Jesus Christ.
 15. Devotion to my Rosary is a special sign of predestination.
The entire celestial count prays the Rosary
with you!------if you join the Rosary Confraternity
THE ROSARY CONFRATERNITY'S BENEFITS
 The special protection of the mother of God.
 The intercession of the entire heavenly court.
 A share in the prayer of countless numbers of
members the world over, and this even after death.
 A share in the prayers, Masses and apostolic
works of the entire Dominican Order.
 Various plenary and partial indulgences.

 With such tremendous blessings and benefit, let
us all join in the Confraternity----to have brothers
and sisters all around the world, and all the angels
and saints in Heaven to pray for YOU!!!
Let us never again
pray the Rosary
alone, but with the
entire celestial
court and the
Confraternity of
the Rosary.

This blessing is
conferred to
anyone who joins
the Confraternity
of the Rosary.
 When our Blessed Lady gave
the Rosary to St. Dominic, she
ordered him to say it every day
and to get others to say it daily.
 St. Dominic never let anyone
  join the Confraternity unless he
were fully determined to say it
  every day.
How to join the Rosary Confraternity
1. You only need to pray ONE
Rosary of 5 decades daily. Three
Rosaries daily is even better.
No fees, no meetings, no training.

2. Log on to The Rosary Confraternity
website, enter your name, and address
on its application form. All done and
you are a member!
The Communion of Saints

III. The Law of
 Public Prayer
 (St. Louis de Montfort)
Importance of GROUP PRAYER
(1) Our Lord expressly recommended
this practice to his apostles and
  disciples, and promised that
whenever there would be at least two
or three gathered in his name he
would be there in the midst of them.
(2) Our Lady asked St. Dominic not
just to get people to say the Rosary,
but to come together in a united
  prayer.
“When the Rosary is said in
common, it is far more formidable to
the devil, because in this public
prayer it is an army that is attacking
him. He can often overcome the
prayer of an individual, but if it is
joined to that of others, the devil has
much more trouble in getting the
best of it.
   Why, then, should not Christians
join forces to have Jesus Christ
present with them, to frustrate and
overcome the devil more forcefully.
 -------St Louis de Montfort
THE COMMUNION OF SAINTS
is the Church. “What is the Church if not the
    assembly of all the saints?”
 Since all the faithful form one body, the good of
each is communicated to the others. We must
therefore believe that there exists a communion of
goods in the Church. As this Church is governed
by one and the same Spirit, all the goods she has
received necessarily become a common fund.”
 “They had everything in common” Everything the
true Christian has is to be regarded as a good
possessed in common with everyone else.
 The “communion of saints” therefore has two
closely linked meanings: communion “in holy
things” and “among holy persons.” (Catechism)
The law of public prayer
( St. Louis de Montfort)
“One who says his Rosary
alone only gains the merit of
one rosary; but if he says it
with thirty other people he
gains the merit of thirty
Rosaries.”
This is a logical extension of the
doctrine of Communion of saints.
One who prays with 30 people, gets the benefit of 30 Rosaries.
By praying together with 200
parishioners on a weekend Mass,
you go home with the blessings and
merits of 200 Rosaries!
Everyone else also gets 30 Rosaries!
The Law of Public Prayer
30 X 30 = 900 (30 people group prayer)

100 X 100 = 10,000 (100 people group prayer)
200 X 200 = 40,000 (200 people group prayer)
300 X 300 = 90,000 (300 people group prayer)
Total number of Rosaries multiplied
= N X N = N²

“How profitable, how advantageous this is!”
( St. Louis de Montfort)
 Our Lord performed the miracle of the
    Multiplication of Loaves.
 We are all part of the Mystical Body of
Christ. With the wonders of the Communion
of Saints and the Law of public prayer, we
should capitalize on this treasure of the
Catholic Church to the maximum: to bring
about the Miracle of Multiplication of the
    Rosaries.
We do not need to add to the numbers of
Rosaries laboriously one by one, but
    multiply the numbers EXPONENTIALLY: N²
    by praying together.
For a congregation of 300 people, they
need to gather for group prayer only
once a month and they can generate 1
million Rosaries a year!
         300 X 300 = 90,000
         90,000 X 12 = 1,080,000
For a congregation of 200 people, they
need to gather only twice a month, to
generate 1 million Rosaries a year!
         200 X 200 = 400,000
         400,000 X 25 = 1,000,000
For St. Andrew Church, with 4 Masses over the
weekend, a estimate of 200 parishioners attend
each Mass, if all prays together,

200 X 200 = 40,000 R One Mass
40,000 X 4 = 160,000 R One weekend

Number of Rosaries raised in ONE year is
160,000 X 12 (once a month)= 1,920,000 R
160,000 X 52 (every week) = 8,320,000 R
  A GREAT ROSARY CRUSADE!
I. THE ONE MILLION
ROSARY MOVEMENT
Let us all gather for 20-25
minutes before the
weekend Mass, and pray
the Rosary TOGETHER in
Cenacle with Mary.
The tremendous power:
1. Each one will get the merits of as
many Rosaries as the number of
people praying together. Imagine
you just have to join a 200 member
congregation once a month, and you
get 200 Rosaries every month, and
2400 Rosaries a year!
2. Every Church can generate and
offer to Our Lady 1 million Rosaries
or more annually.
Let this One-Million-Rosary
Movement spread around the world!
II. UNIVERSAL
PRAYER COVERAGE
is a most powerful
unifying concept for the
Evangelization of
Nations.
The whole Church is apostolic. The
Christian vocation is of its nature, a
vocation to the apostolate “to spread
the Kingdom of Christ over all the
earth.” (Catechism)
The entire Church is missionary, and
that the work of evangelization is the
duty of the whole people of God.
(Vatican Council II).
By the grace and call of Baptism and
Confirmation, all lay people are
missionaries. (Pope John Paul II)
The goal of universal health coverage is enshrined in Article
25 of the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights states
that everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate
for health, including medical care. The Constitution of the
World Health Organization declare that “The enjoyment of the
highest attainable standard of health is one of the
fundamental rights of every human being without distinction
of race, religion, political belief, economic or social
condition.”
If physical health is enshrined as a
fundamental human right, in Universal
Health Coverage, how much more
should spiritual health of every human
being be enshrined in Universal Prayer
Coverage for the Church and the world.
• The 20-25 minutes before the weekend
Mass offer the ideal time for this
  Universal Prayer Coverage
  (Participation), with the entire
  congregation praying the Rosary in
  Cenacle with Mary.
• Each decade is led by one person
  from different nationalities, and the
entire group pray for Evangelization of
a nation, using the “National Rosary”.
Over the course of a year, many or all
nations or continents can be covered.
 A. Every faithful receives blessings:
It ensures that every parishioner receives the
most precious spiritual gifts and blessings
attached to hundreds of Rosaries, each time they
    attend the weekend Mass.
 B. Every faithful gives blessings:
It allows every one of the faithful, to be a
missionary, in the Apostolate of Prayer for the
universal needs of the Church, and all the nations
    of the world.
It empowers everyone to go on center stage, to be
an actor and not a bystander irrespective of age ,
gender, social class, or even disability.
It provides a platform or opportunity for every
faithful from every ethnic group to fulfill his/her
duty to the work of evangelization, and to
contribute to the spiritual welfare of his country
    and his countrymen.
 C. All peoples of all countries are
covered. Usually petitions at Masses cover
mainly the clergy, leaders of government,
the sick, the dead, and local parish
concerns. Over 95% of the whole
populations of nations are not covered!
 Universal Prayer Coverage ensures that our
prayer intentions and petitions extend to
cover ALL people in the whole world.
 Recitation of the “NATIONAL ROSARY”
(after every decade in the “Rosary in Visual Art”)
allows everyone to pray for his country and
    his countrymen, and his continent.
• This Universal Prayer Coverage offers a
platform or opportunity for every faithful
from every ethnic group to fulfill their duty
to the work of evangelization, and to
contribute to the spiritual welfare of his
  country and his countrymen.
• This Universal Prayer Coverage also
addresses the problem of petty petitions as
pointed out by Fr. Bob Bedard. It makes
sure that all of us pray for the
evangelization of our country, and salvation
of our countrymen first, after every decade.
At the end of Rosary, then we can pray for
all our personal intentions, however small.
Without prayer, you cannot support
your own personal spiritual
development, or that of your family,
or your country.
At this time and age when prayer is so
neglected by most Catholics, and even when
they attend once a week at the weekend Mass,
so few make use of the time to pray, but
simply sit idly, or engage in chit-chat, this
concept of UNIVERSAL PRAYER COVERAGE
(PARTICIPATION) is even more important to
fill a huge void at a time of spiritual crisis.
A new standard of
excellence for Churches
How good a Church is, is not measured by
how big it is, how beautiful its stained glass
windows look, how much money it donated
for charity, how many parish ministries it has,
how eloquent the priest’s homilies, how
beautifully its choir sings etc, but by the
parishioner’s Devotion to Mary as indicated
by the sum total of Rosaries recited. The
Church that recites the most Rosaries is the
best Church, and will flourish! Conversely, a
Church will die for the lack of prayers.

3. Three Treasures Associated with Rosary

  • 1. Three other Treasures related to the Rosary:  1. The Confraternity of the Rosary  2. The Communion of Saints  3. The Law of public prayer (St. Louis de Montfort) (All the above have to do with the Communion of Saints)
  • 2. The Communion of Saints I. The Confraternity of the Rosary. The army of prayer warriors of the Catholic Church. ( It was started in the 12th century. Unfortunately many of us have never heard of this Confraternity)
  • 3. Our Lady asked St. Dominic not just to get people to say the Rosary, but to come together in a united prayer.  The Rosary Confraternity is the Confraternity officially appointed by the Church for the promotion of the Rosary. Pope Leo XIII: “---St. Dominic (Spanish, 1170-1221) is said to have been its founder.”
  • 4. The Cure of Ars (St. John Vianney) said: "If anyone has the happiness of being in the Confraternity of the Rosary, he has in all corners of the world brothers and sisters who pray for him.” There is always a fellow Rosarian somewhere in the world praying the Rosary and, wherever they are, Rosarians are praying as of one heart and mind "like a single chorus of supplication" (cf. Acts 1:14).
  • 5. "If anyone has the happiness of being in the Confraternity of the Rosary, he has in all corners of the world brothers and sisters who pray for him.” (St. John Vianney)
  • 6. Pope Leo XIII said in his encyclical on the Confraternity, “Whenever a person fulfills his obligation of reciting the Rosary according to the rule of the Confraternity, he includes in his intentions all its members, and they in turn render him the same service many times over."
  • 7. He includes in his intentions all its members, and they in turn render him the same service many times over.
  • 8.  It is a ‘prayer club’ or ‘prayer group’.  The Rosary Confraternity has a mission, a special ‘office’, ministry or work for the Church. That is why until modern times popes were inclined to talk of Rosarians in almost military terms. They were, the ARMY OF PRAYER WARRIORS, conscripted by St. Dominic, marching under the banner of the Mother of God, united as comrades, the enemies of evil both within and without.”
  • 9. Let us all join the Rosary confraternity, TO RAISE AN ARMY OF PRAYER WARRIORS IN MILLIONS------ around the world, around the clock, to advance the mission of the Catholic Church. Confraternity of the Rosary
  • 10.
  • 11. COMMUNION OF SAINTS: II. WITH ALL THE ANGELS AND SAINTS IN HEAVEN!
  • 12. The Communion of Saints: The Rosary “The communion of life with the Saints of paradise is the remedy which I am giving you. How great is their heavenly power.” •Never pray the Rosary alone. •Pray with Mary and the Angels and saints.
  • 13. The Holy Rosary: Mary’s words 1. Pray with Mary • “The Rosary is a prayer that you say together with me. When you invite me to pray for you (“pray for us sinners, now”) I unite my prayer to yours.” • “When you recite the Rosary, you invite me to pray with you, and each time, I truly join in your prayer.”
  • 14.  The Rosary mystically transports us to Mary’s side. (Pope John Paul II)  “It is a mother’s joy to be with her children.”  “When you say the Rosary the angels rejoice in it, the holy Trinity delights in it, my son finds joy in it and I myself am happier than you can possibly imagine. After the holy Sacrifice of the Mass there is nothing that I love so much as the Holy Rosary." (Words of the Blessed Virgin according to Blessed Alan de la Roche)
  • 15. The Eternal Father described to a group of us, through a Visionary Friend of mine, what happens when we pray the Rosary, saying, "When you pray Holy Mary Mother of God, pray for us sinners now......, the Blessed Mother comes instantly to your side to pray with you. And she does not come alone. She brings angels and saints with her. And not just one or two for she is the Queen of Angels and Saints, so choirs of angels and saints come with her. And she and Jesus are joined at the heart and cannot be separated so she brings Jesus with her. And Jesus cannot be separated from the Trinity so He brings the Father and the Holy Spirit with Him. And where the Holy Trinity is, all of creation is, and you are surrounded by such beauty and light as you cannot imagine in this life.
  • 16. Your Mother comes as Our Lady of Grace with her hands outstretched. Rays of light emit from her hands piercing your body, healing you and filling you with graces. This is your inheritance which was poured out from the heart of Jesus on the Cross, when the centurion pierced His Heart with the spear, into the only pure vessel ready to receive such graces at that time, Your Mother. Now as you pray the Rosary, or even just recite one Hail Mary, you receive your portion of these graces. He also said at this time, "Anyone who goes to Mary and prays the Rosary cannot be touched by Satan."  Is it any wonder that anyone who prays the Rosary from the heart is so blessed and protected and powerful in their prayers for others?
  • 17. 1* Pray with Mary (“Pray for us sinners now”) 3* 2* 1* The Rosary prayer is no longer a monologue or a dialogue, but a chorus---------a true communion of angels and saints!
  • 18. FIFTEEN PROMISES OF THE BLESSED VIRGIN TO CHRISTIANS WHO FAITHFULLY PRAY THE ROSARY • 1. To all those who shall pray my Rosary devoutly, I promise my special protection and great graces. •2. Those who shall persevere in the recitation of my Rosary will receive some special grace. •3. The Rosary will be a very powerful armor against hell; it will destroy vice, deliver from sin and dispel heresy. •4. The rosary will make virtue and good works flourish, and will obtain for souls the most abundant divine mercies. It will draw the hearts of men from the love of the world and its vanities, and will lift them to the desire of eternal things. Oh, that souls would sanctify themselves by this means. •5. Those who trust themselves to me through the Rosary will not perish. •6. Whoever recites my Rosary devoutly reflecting on the mysteries, shall never be overwhelmed by misfortune. He will not experience the anger of God nor will he perish by an unprovided death. The sinner will be converted; the just will persevere in grace and merit eternal life.
  • 19. 7. Those truly devoted to my Rosary shall not die without the sacraments of the Church.  8. Those who are faithful to recite my Rosary shall have during their life and at their death the light of God and the plenitude of His graces and will share in the merits of the blessed.  9. I will deliver promptly from purgatory souls devoted to my Rosary.  10. True children of my Rosary will enjoy great glory in heaven.  11. What you shall ask through my Rosary you shall obtain.  12. To those who propagate my Rosary I promise aid in all their necessities.  13. I have obtained from my Son that all the members of the Rosary Confraternity shall have as their intercessors, in life and in death, the entire celestial court.  14. Those who recite my Rosary faithfully are my beloved children, the brothers and sisters of Jesus Christ.  15. Devotion to my Rosary is a special sign of predestination.
  • 20. The entire celestial count prays the Rosary with you!------if you join the Rosary Confraternity
  • 21. THE ROSARY CONFRATERNITY'S BENEFITS  The special protection of the mother of God.  The intercession of the entire heavenly court.  A share in the prayer of countless numbers of members the world over, and this even after death.  A share in the prayers, Masses and apostolic works of the entire Dominican Order.  Various plenary and partial indulgences.  With such tremendous blessings and benefit, let us all join in the Confraternity----to have brothers and sisters all around the world, and all the angels and saints in Heaven to pray for YOU!!!
  • 22. Let us never again pray the Rosary alone, but with the entire celestial court and the Confraternity of the Rosary. This blessing is conferred to anyone who joins the Confraternity of the Rosary.
  • 23.  When our Blessed Lady gave the Rosary to St. Dominic, she ordered him to say it every day and to get others to say it daily.  St. Dominic never let anyone join the Confraternity unless he were fully determined to say it every day.
  • 24. How to join the Rosary Confraternity 1. You only need to pray ONE Rosary of 5 decades daily. Three Rosaries daily is even better. No fees, no meetings, no training. 2. Log on to The Rosary Confraternity website, enter your name, and address on its application form. All done and you are a member!
  • 25.
  • 26. The Communion of Saints III. The Law of Public Prayer (St. Louis de Montfort)
  • 27. Importance of GROUP PRAYER (1) Our Lord expressly recommended this practice to his apostles and disciples, and promised that whenever there would be at least two or three gathered in his name he would be there in the midst of them. (2) Our Lady asked St. Dominic not just to get people to say the Rosary, but to come together in a united prayer.
  • 28. “When the Rosary is said in common, it is far more formidable to the devil, because in this public prayer it is an army that is attacking him. He can often overcome the prayer of an individual, but if it is joined to that of others, the devil has much more trouble in getting the best of it. Why, then, should not Christians join forces to have Jesus Christ present with them, to frustrate and overcome the devil more forcefully. -------St Louis de Montfort
  • 29. THE COMMUNION OF SAINTS is the Church. “What is the Church if not the assembly of all the saints?”  Since all the faithful form one body, the good of each is communicated to the others. We must therefore believe that there exists a communion of goods in the Church. As this Church is governed by one and the same Spirit, all the goods she has received necessarily become a common fund.”  “They had everything in common” Everything the true Christian has is to be regarded as a good possessed in common with everyone else.  The “communion of saints” therefore has two closely linked meanings: communion “in holy things” and “among holy persons.” (Catechism)
  • 30. The law of public prayer ( St. Louis de Montfort) “One who says his Rosary alone only gains the merit of one rosary; but if he says it with thirty other people he gains the merit of thirty Rosaries.” This is a logical extension of the doctrine of Communion of saints.
  • 31. One who prays with 30 people, gets the benefit of 30 Rosaries.
  • 32. By praying together with 200 parishioners on a weekend Mass, you go home with the blessings and merits of 200 Rosaries!
  • 33. Everyone else also gets 30 Rosaries!
  • 34. The Law of Public Prayer 30 X 30 = 900 (30 people group prayer) 100 X 100 = 10,000 (100 people group prayer) 200 X 200 = 40,000 (200 people group prayer) 300 X 300 = 90,000 (300 people group prayer) Total number of Rosaries multiplied = N X N = N² “How profitable, how advantageous this is!” ( St. Louis de Montfort)
  • 35. Our Lord performed the miracle of the Multiplication of Loaves.  We are all part of the Mystical Body of Christ. With the wonders of the Communion of Saints and the Law of public prayer, we should capitalize on this treasure of the Catholic Church to the maximum: to bring about the Miracle of Multiplication of the Rosaries. We do not need to add to the numbers of Rosaries laboriously one by one, but multiply the numbers EXPONENTIALLY: N² by praying together.
  • 36. For a congregation of 300 people, they need to gather for group prayer only once a month and they can generate 1 million Rosaries a year! 300 X 300 = 90,000 90,000 X 12 = 1,080,000 For a congregation of 200 people, they need to gather only twice a month, to generate 1 million Rosaries a year! 200 X 200 = 400,000 400,000 X 25 = 1,000,000
  • 37. For St. Andrew Church, with 4 Masses over the weekend, a estimate of 200 parishioners attend each Mass, if all prays together, 200 X 200 = 40,000 R One Mass 40,000 X 4 = 160,000 R One weekend Number of Rosaries raised in ONE year is 160,000 X 12 (once a month)= 1,920,000 R 160,000 X 52 (every week) = 8,320,000 R A GREAT ROSARY CRUSADE!
  • 38. I. THE ONE MILLION ROSARY MOVEMENT Let us all gather for 20-25 minutes before the weekend Mass, and pray the Rosary TOGETHER in Cenacle with Mary. The tremendous power:
  • 39. 1. Each one will get the merits of as many Rosaries as the number of people praying together. Imagine you just have to join a 200 member congregation once a month, and you get 200 Rosaries every month, and 2400 Rosaries a year! 2. Every Church can generate and offer to Our Lady 1 million Rosaries or more annually. Let this One-Million-Rosary Movement spread around the world!
  • 40. II. UNIVERSAL PRAYER COVERAGE is a most powerful unifying concept for the Evangelization of Nations.
  • 41. The whole Church is apostolic. The Christian vocation is of its nature, a vocation to the apostolate “to spread the Kingdom of Christ over all the earth.” (Catechism) The entire Church is missionary, and that the work of evangelization is the duty of the whole people of God. (Vatican Council II). By the grace and call of Baptism and Confirmation, all lay people are missionaries. (Pope John Paul II)
  • 42. The goal of universal health coverage is enshrined in Article 25 of the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights states that everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for health, including medical care. The Constitution of the World Health Organization declare that “The enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of health is one of the fundamental rights of every human being without distinction of race, religion, political belief, economic or social condition.” If physical health is enshrined as a fundamental human right, in Universal Health Coverage, how much more should spiritual health of every human being be enshrined in Universal Prayer Coverage for the Church and the world.
  • 43. • The 20-25 minutes before the weekend Mass offer the ideal time for this Universal Prayer Coverage (Participation), with the entire congregation praying the Rosary in Cenacle with Mary. • Each decade is led by one person from different nationalities, and the entire group pray for Evangelization of a nation, using the “National Rosary”. Over the course of a year, many or all nations or continents can be covered.
  • 44. A. Every faithful receives blessings: It ensures that every parishioner receives the most precious spiritual gifts and blessings attached to hundreds of Rosaries, each time they attend the weekend Mass.  B. Every faithful gives blessings: It allows every one of the faithful, to be a missionary, in the Apostolate of Prayer for the universal needs of the Church, and all the nations of the world. It empowers everyone to go on center stage, to be an actor and not a bystander irrespective of age , gender, social class, or even disability. It provides a platform or opportunity for every faithful from every ethnic group to fulfill his/her duty to the work of evangelization, and to contribute to the spiritual welfare of his country and his countrymen.
  • 45. C. All peoples of all countries are covered. Usually petitions at Masses cover mainly the clergy, leaders of government, the sick, the dead, and local parish concerns. Over 95% of the whole populations of nations are not covered!  Universal Prayer Coverage ensures that our prayer intentions and petitions extend to cover ALL people in the whole world.  Recitation of the “NATIONAL ROSARY” (after every decade in the “Rosary in Visual Art”) allows everyone to pray for his country and his countrymen, and his continent.
  • 46. • This Universal Prayer Coverage offers a platform or opportunity for every faithful from every ethnic group to fulfill their duty to the work of evangelization, and to contribute to the spiritual welfare of his country and his countrymen. • This Universal Prayer Coverage also addresses the problem of petty petitions as pointed out by Fr. Bob Bedard. It makes sure that all of us pray for the evangelization of our country, and salvation of our countrymen first, after every decade. At the end of Rosary, then we can pray for all our personal intentions, however small.
  • 47. Without prayer, you cannot support your own personal spiritual development, or that of your family, or your country. At this time and age when prayer is so neglected by most Catholics, and even when they attend once a week at the weekend Mass, so few make use of the time to pray, but simply sit idly, or engage in chit-chat, this concept of UNIVERSAL PRAYER COVERAGE (PARTICIPATION) is even more important to fill a huge void at a time of spiritual crisis.
  • 48. A new standard of excellence for Churches How good a Church is, is not measured by how big it is, how beautiful its stained glass windows look, how much money it donated for charity, how many parish ministries it has, how eloquent the priest’s homilies, how beautifully its choir sings etc, but by the parishioner’s Devotion to Mary as indicated by the sum total of Rosaries recited. The Church that recites the most Rosaries is the best Church, and will flourish! Conversely, a Church will die for the lack of prayers.
