Baskin Robbins is a global chain of Ice Creams
Parlors founded by Burt Baskin and Irvine Robbins
in 1953, from the merging of their respective ice
cream parlors, in Glendale, California.It claims to be
the world`s largest ice cream franchise,with more
than 5,800 locations, 2,800 of which are located in
the united states.Baskin Robbins sells ice cream in
over 30 countries.
Baskin Robbins is known for its ‘31 flavours’ slagon
(which is featured in logo, in pink).The idea for
having so many came from the Carson- Roberts
advertising agency in 1953, along with the slogan
“count the flavours.Where flavours counts”.It also
was more than the 28 flavours then famously offered
at Howard Johnson`s restaurants.In addition, the
number 31 was chosen so a customer could have a
different flavour every day of any month.

workers Rs 4000- skilled workers are working here

1. Candidates Search Jobs and Apply Online

You will receive an online confirmation of both
your successful registration and any job

2. The Recruiter Identifies the Best Matching
Resumes
The recruiter reviews all applications as well as
searches the database for candidates that match
the qualifications and experience as it relates to
the position. This process may take a few weeks.
If after reviewing your resume the recruiter
determines you are not a good match for the job
you applied for, you will receive an email
notification. Keep in mind that your information
and resume will stay in our database for future
searches.
3. Interviews are Scheduled
The recruiter schedules telephone or face-to-
face interviews with the most qualified
candidates for the position. The candidates will
meet with several members of the hiring team,
and will have a chance to share their experience,
background and interests as well as learn more
about working at Dunkin’ Brands. This process
typically consists of two to three rounds of
interviews. We select the candidate who both
best meets the requirements of the job and is a
great fit for Dunkin’ Brands. Once a final
candidate is identified, comprehensive
background checks are conducted.
