Command
 Commanded over 600 men in counter insurgency operations and in peace involving management of equipment,
transport and inventory worth over two hundred bn. Indian Army demands different HRM techniques to uphold
employee morale under most adverse conditions, where one remained in authority as a natural function. No
case of fratricide or employee suicide or desertion or discontentment occurred during the command tenures in
active Counter Insurgency areas and in peace. Functional efficiency always remained at its best.
 Last four years, have been commanding NCC (Boys and Girls) establishments in Kerala and Maharashtra
grooming the youth to be disciplined, patriotic, responsible citizens in society and actively involved in their career
counseling and managing Professors and Lecturers in Schools and Colleges training and developing their
personality as trainers of youth.
Security & Fire Fighting, Officer-in Charge Garrison
 Two years of experience as Chief Security & Fire Fighting Officer at a vital installation, handling personnel of over
5000 and equipment worth over two hundred Bn. Job entailed conceptualizing, planning, implementing and
overseeing standard operating procedures and counter measures for safety and security of human resource
assets and material in day-to-day operations and during contingencies.
