2. Introduction
These set of steps are instructions that can help
navigate the new printing procedures at TSTC.
Many new students especially some of the students
that are already enrolled, have difficult time printing.
This is where these set of instructions come in. I will
explain each step with numbered images and a
description simple and straight to the point. This will
make printing much easier for you.
3. Requirements
Before you start, you need to make sure you:
applied at TSTC
have access to a TSTC computer
have a TSTC I.D. to log in to the computers
know your username, password and your
social security number

Follow these steps to print and what is
required to accomplish it.
Step 1: Choosing Print

Step 4: Choosing your Print Job

5. Step 1: Choosing Print
1. 1. Go under file then
print, another
window appears
click ok.

icon.

Note: You can choose
either 1 or 2 to print.
6. Step 2: Renaming the Document
After print, the CZ
Popup window
appears. You need
to rename the
document.
Note: If you don’t rename the document,
you printing job won’t appear in the print
release station. And avoiding confusion
with other students printing jobs.
7. Step 3: Print Release Station
• You must go to the
main printing
computer network.
• Also known as the
Print Release
Station.
8. Step 4: Choosing Print Job
Choose your
printing job, click
the print icon.
Example: on the
description
choose document
then click the print
icon.
9. Step 5: Username and Password
Input on the user
your full TSTC
I.D. number, last
four digits of your
social security as
your password,
click ok and
you’re done!
