Pambansang Tanggapan para sa Pagtugon ng Sakuna
 Sa bisa ng RA 10121 noong May 2010 ang NDCC ay napalitan ang
pangalan at ngayon nga ay kilala bilang NDRRMC
 Ito ay sangay ng gobyerno, na nasa ilalim ng Department of
National Defense, na responsable sa pagtiyak sa proteksyon at
kapakanan ng mga tao sa tuwing may sakuna o kagipitan.
 Sa ilalim ng RA 10121
◦ Responsibilidad ng NDRRMC ang koordinasyon, pagsasama-
sama, pangangasiwa, at pagmamanman sa pag-buo at
pagpapatupad ng bawat ahensiya at organisasyon sa mga
batas, plano, programa, mga alituntunin,at mga teknikal na
pamantayan ng RA 10121.
