2. History of Greece
The history of Greece is one of the earliest documented and studied. It was famous
for his scientific knowledge, its thinkers and writers, art and architecture. The
country is now called Greece, it was once known as Hellas, was fragmented into
numerous polis or cities. Greek civilization had a strong development in the field of
philosophy. It is often called "the cradle of Western civilization", as their great
thinkers were those who developed the first concepts of philosophy

Among the most famous monuments of this ancient civilization are the
Parthenon , the theater of Epidaurus and the Mausoleum of Halicarnassus.

Tras las persianas amarillo y rebosante
se inquieta el sol. Una alegoría
bellísima: la humanidad narcotizada
que desde siempre se conforma con la
lobreguez.
Y no obstante, se desarrolla el mundo sin
mezclarse
cada mañana. Cortés cual invitación. Cual
tapiz.
O cual bofetada de una mano rauda
cuasi castrense. Él mismo estandarte
a ritmo de marcha nos invita
a un eterno izamiento, sin arriada.
Unos dicen: en definitiva caerá lo que
sube.
Otros: se elevará hacia la luz lo que cae.

Ή σαν χαστούκι από χέρι σε ετοιμότητα
οιονεί στρατιωτική. Ίδιος σημαία
με ήχο εμβατήριο μας καλεί
σε μια αιώνια έπαρση, χωρίς υποστολή.
Λένε: ό,τι ανέρχεται θα πέσει οριστικά.
Κι άλλοι: ό,τι πέφτει θα υψωθεί στο φως.
Η ώρα έντεκα και δέκα. Μέσα εδώ η Σκιά.
Έξω η μέρα κι ο πελώριος ουρανός.
