    • It is string of activities that will delay the whole
      project if anyone of them gets delayed
        1)   Create a guest list
        2)   Print invitations
        3)   Mail invitations
        4)   Wait for RSVP
        5)   Finalize the Menu
        6)   Cater the wedding

        11 in above diagram)

    •   Finding Float / Slack time for each activity

    •    Shows – how much play you have in your
        schedule without affecting the end date

    • We are not covering –
        – Early start / Early Finish
        – Late start / Late Finish
        – Lead and Lag time

    •  Float for each of the activity on critical path is
      zero
    • For A, B, C Float = 0

    • Find the next longest path
    • D-F-G = 8
    • Subtract its duration from the duration of critical
      path (11-8 = 3)
    • Float for D, F, G is 3
