being a member. I am involved in our art community, while creating workshops
to share our knowledge, gaining a modest reputation as creative catalysts.
•	The group allows me to think outside the box, beyond the restrictions of
working in an agency, gaining me access to brands outside my agency’s reach.
It sharpens my own creative skills and allows me to build on top of my own
personal brand as a creative.

•	I‘ve adapted and exceeded many of the company’s expectations of a
creative, growing professionally with every title change. I used my growth
as opportunities to collaborate with our agency’s brightest strategic team
members, branching skill sets beyond my own natural creative abilities.
•	My passion to create and excell led me to drastically improve a small project
which was expected to score poorly at our internal agency review. My project
led to an ‘8’ score, with it going on to win a ‘7’ at our global internal review.
‘8’ being the highest attainable score at Leo Burnett.
•	My total work contribution led to 5 ‘7s’ and 2 ‘8s’ for our department at our
internal agency review, with 2 ‘7s’ at our global PMI internal review.
