I am passionate about the sensitive creation of place in the built environment. Distinguishing a particular place from another requires
awareness of use, culture, a point in time and context. Architecture has the opportunity to become the backdrop for memory making
experiences. I believe that all people have a desire to connect not only with others but with a place, and in particular, places that foster
a feeling of ownership and community pride.
