Our research shows that less than 50% were able to recognize a returning/loyal customer versus a prospect on their owned properties Why aren't clients recognizing repeat visitors? Mention why, not a priority. Too technology focused and not enough customers focused; Marketing segments vs. data points to create digital experiences.
Targeting is approachabler, it doesn’t have to jump to PhD thinking right away, we can start with the basics, GEO and Logged In information, but we have to change the way we approach concepts….Beyond Big Data, we are using genetic algorithms. Take a PhD thinking and do great segmentation by hand, in about 2-6 weeks, beyond big data it can be done with a learning algorithm. Give the algorithm an optimization point, i.e. click, then use every interaction. Some companies are doing that well.
