- 3. Have your resume reviewed by each one of these people... Hiring Manager Recruiter HR Manager Colleagues
- 4. They will be checking your resume for: Grammar and/or Spelling errors Vocabulary is correct for your industry You have included ALL your GREAT achievements
- 5. Step TWO...
- 6. Posting your resume on the sites with the best access for employers and recruiters
- 7. DO NOT FORGET... These are GREAT Sites to have your friends, family, co-workers and colleagues help you get ahead!

- 10. List 5 companies you want to work for? Rank them 5 to 1

- 34. You have a list of companies you want to work for. Take your list of 5 companies, rank them 5 to 1. 5 is the company you would like to work at moving to number 1 the company you would REALLY like to work for.
- 35. You have done your homework. You know why you want to work for them! What better way to start a conversation then to share with your future manager how much you like the company they have chosen to work for. Now you have 3 reasons to call the manager you will be reporting to.
- 36. The best way to engage someone to feel like they want to meet with you is to share with them how you are going to save them TIME and MONEY. Your Special Talent is how you are going to save them TIME and MONEY . You have also done thier Homework for them. Share with them WHY they would want to meet you!
