Drop the site: Country Coding
Country coding and domain searching can prove to be extremely valuable when searching for leads outside of your region / country. Country
coding allows you to drop the tired site: search and target profiles in a different way.
Here are a couple of LinkedIn examples
We have been taught that when X-raying a site you have to use the
“site:domain” syntax.
Country coding is mandatory if you are searching outside of your country…
• You can also use it within your country
• You can use it with inurl: while dropping site:
• You will prevent unwanted junk from rising to the top (most times)
The Search:
inurl:us.linkedin.com "software engineer" (flex OR rubyist)

Time Code: Ready to make a move search
Did you know that when you are running online searchers you can use a number of options to filter the relevance of the return profile? You
can adjust by tie, recently updated, date posted etc.
Here is a search to try on Google when attempting to search recently updated profiles.

2. look at your results
3. click on search tools
4. use the time feature
This will allow you to find newly posted resumes for active leads or older resumes that may have been junior in
2010, but are now at the right experience level.

Pipl: Deep Web People Search Engine
The most comprehensive people search on the web: CLICK HERE TO VISIT PIPL
What is the Deep Web?
Also known as "invisible web", the term "deep web" refers to a vast repository of underlying content, such as documents in online databases
that general-purpose web crawlers cannot reach. The deep web content is estimated at 500 times that of the surface web.
Since most personal profiles, public records and other people-related documents are stored in databases and not on static web pages, most
of the higher-quality information about people is simply "invisible" to a regular search engine.
