An experienced motivator, coach and senior trainer with eighteen years of
experience in pharmaceutical business.René connect business with martial art and via
new training techniques and theories facilitate to people be more effective and
succssesful in their business and personal lives.
Earlier in the carrier, René worked in pharmaceutical companies as Schering – Plough, Teva , Chiesi and Fresenius
Kabi in different position.He started as medical representative,later as sales, training and business unit manager .He
was responsible for managing, supervising and coaching teams of sales people and managers, organized and
leaded professional education trainings. He was directly responsible for the prelaunch and launch
Aerius,Nasonex,Ezetrol and Foster – very succesfull products of Slovak pharma business.He is still active in pharma
business .
More than twenty years René study Martial Art,especially Wing Tsun. It is a very efficient and straight forward kung-fu
system with powerful life philosophy.He holds master degree in this system.He based Academy of Education and
Martial Art and created original concept of trainings, based on connection between business and self defence.He is
one of the founders European Martial Art Association,which linking the different styles of kung-fu.
René´s development in business and martial art was synergistic.
He holds a master degree in veterinary medicine at University of Veterinary Medicine in Košice.
He speaks Slovak,Czech and English.
4. Tibor Cemicky,
Senior Trainer and Business Consultant
An experienced facilitator, business consultant and coach with fifteen years of
experience in pharmaceutical business, Tibor helped hundreds of managers and sales
people to increase their performance and become more successful in their professional
lives.
Areas of Tibor’s expertise include marketing, brand management, launch and pre-launch campaigns, territory
management, KOL management, emotional and situational leadership, change management, consultative selling and
negotiation, coaching and delegation skills, performance measurement and management, cross-functional and inter-
department communication, e-detailing implementation.
Tibor has facilitated international expert workshops, provided coaching and consultative work in global corporations
include Pfizer, Novartis, Danone, GSK, Sanofi, Roche, Takeda, Teva, Abbott, Teva, Boehringer Ingelheim,
AstraZeneca, Pharmstandart, Glenmark, Invar, Zimmer, Air Poducts and others. He also provided consultation
services for IVF centres worldwide. He is active in the field of business simulation, providing web based solutions for
territory management and sales force performance management implementation.
Earlier in the carrier, Tibor held different positions in CSC (where he worked as a medical representative and later as
a field force manager), GSK (where he was directly responsible for the prelaunch and launch of Seretide – one of the
most successful launches in the history of Slovak Pharma business), Solvay Pharmaceuticals (where he accepted
the position of International Trainer, later Training Director located in Solvay’s headquarter in Hannover, Germany).
Besides providing trainings himself, during that period he also managed a team of 17 regional training managers and
organized professional education and business consultancy in 35 Solvay’s operations worldwide. In early 2008 he
was appointed as a Sales & Marketing Director for Solvay Pharmaceuticals Ukraine, successfully leading a team of
more than 130 employees and stabilizing the company’s business during the challenging economic crisis of
2008/2009.
Tibor holds a master degree in Molecular Biology and Human Genetics at Comenius University in Bratislava.
He speaks English, Russian, Hungarian, Czech and Slovak fluently.
