Some technical details before we start
If you want to minimize the Control Panel click on the Grab Tab
DO NOT click on the x in the top right hand corner as this will lock you out of the webinar
We normally like these conversations to be completely interactive, but unfortunately there are a few too many of you to do that today. You’ve probably already noticed that you can hear me, but that you’re all effectively muted on the phone (this avoids the potential noise of too many distractions in offices all over the U.S.).
We have enabled one way for you to connect however, with the ability to send us text messages during the session (see your “chat” window). We’ll keep an eye on the questions and answer them on the fly or try to get back to them before the end of the session.
