I would like to formally submit my application for a role within the company.
I recently left EDF Energy on 31 December 2014 taking voluntary redundancy.
My last role was as a Customer Relations Manager within the Welcome Department of EDF Energy PLC and I managed in
the region of eighty staff in both front and back office activities within the Welcome department, where I led a team to provide
exceptional Customer Service. I supported, influenced and performance managed both managers and advisors to deliver our
service level and customer commitment requirements, this ensured that we are the feel better energy company. It is working
in this fast paced environment that has developed my skills and enabled me to be the successful Pioneer I am today.
While at EDF Energy I have worked in a number of different business areas and experienced a vast amount of business
change, this has included department functionality and system upgrades. During these changes I have maintained integrity
and continued to be a positive and professional leader. In this ever changing environment, I have demonstrated a flexible
approach to successfully manage different personalities.
During my time at EDF Energy I have worked in a number of Customer Service areas including Debt Management, Complaint
Management and I am versed in the Settlements process for the purchasing of electricity. As well as this I was involved in
project management as Business Readiness Manager for the introduction of the Contract Processing system and National
Data Collector migration as well as being the Storm Manager for Orchard Migration for the introduction to SAP as well as the
roll out of Legacy work to TCS in the first phase.
Overall I have been with EDF Energy for thirty four years and bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in the electricity
and gas industry at management level.
I have built strong working relationships with both internal and external customers and this included working overseas in India
when work was sent offshore to other business partners.
