F45 Training means 45 minutes of functional training which includes a mixture of cardio, body weight, and weight exercises. It was created by 2 friends in Australia a few years ago and now it is the fastest growing fitness network in the world! This workout combines the best of crossfit, cardio, and strength training. And with every exercise, we provide an alternative and modification so everybody is able to take part in that exercise.
