Business Summary: Trinity One Media - (Belize) Holdings has SOLE Majority
interest; currently; in several companies under it's branded Trinity One Media
LOGO; Domestic and Internationally were in - Productions(Audio /Video
/Technology); -Publications(Magazine, Print, News Media & Digital); -
Affiliations. We run DBA, affiliated or Pilot projects we envision can make a
HUGH difference. The main one talked about here is an IPTV project, the
FUTURE of TV.
Product/Services: The formation of the Trinity One Media (USA) Holding Co &
its board of Advisory members, will be set to oversee the Managers of Audio /
Video / Technology in TV Productions; and Affiliations projects. Our current
funding venture is in the Multi-Dwelling Units(MDU) complex's IPTV offering a
shared revenue concept of Cable/Internet/Voip to fuel implementation of FREE
CHOICE, as well as other Projects considered for diversity. and difference.
Customer problem: Our IPTV project & it;'s Affiliations Divisions solves these
two PAIN situations - We place MDU(Apt/Condo/Shopping, Offices.etc) complex's
in it's own IPTV Media Cable/Internet business, thus providing them a situation
where the cost to the tenants is at least 50%-70% less then the normal cost of
cable provided services and we share in the Profit Cooperative revenue with
them. Thus the difference is obvious, Profit sharing and lower prices.
Target market: For the MDU (Multi Dwelling Unit) it was BETA tested in the late
80's in VA Beach, Va during my Law Office & Corporate Angel Rescue days and
It proved it's viability. That test proved its viability, but the technology or bandwidth
was not available for the conceived IPTV setup. This BETA will be in Fort Wayne,
IN. with expansion than into the State of Indiana & than franchised to other
setups Nationwide and internationally into the Caribbean.
Management: Management will consist of a board of invited Adviser's, Investors
and Experts in their field with oversight of Trinity One Media - (United States)
Holdings Inc. Our operations Management will cover the proper installations of
the new IPTV equipment, as well as the customization of on screen appearance
and infrastructure improvements, as well as the production of On Screen Ad
revenue.
Customers: Our Fort Wayne,IN customers are in Multi Dwelling Units, (MDU) such as Apartments, Condo, Housing &
Shopping Centers, Hotels, etc. controlled by real Property Owners who are our real customers. As of 2012, Fort Wayne
Metro Area's population is 416,257 people with an growth of 6.80 percent with a potential of (250M+ nationwide) with an
50,000 Initial users and expanding into MDU (Ins) Assurance policies, which provides a distinct revenue model.
Sales/Marketing strategy: Acquiring customers for the A La Carte "Free Choice" IPTV MDU complex's, will be done by
Real Property Managers, of the Complexes upon move in/out. Fees are collected in the rental fees of the Unit & split
respectfully with the cooperative complex. Our 3/5 yr contractual recommendation is that they use the FOUND money to
benefit their occupants. Happy Customers at No Cost to the Real property Owners, makes for happy clients and users.
Business model: Business Models: Is a simple one of "Free Choice" driven by lower price models of Products &
Services. The MDU "Free Choice" IPTV Internet will be bundled according to Choice of Channels the Complex wishes.
Along with productions services of our Audio/Video/Technology Division supplying the residents/commercial occupants,
private IP commercials broadcasting over their system or other media channels outlets, thus producing additional Ad
revenue.
Competitors: Competitive: The Cable Companies, are the competition in the MDU complex. Yet they are also their own
worst enemy in escalating prices, non-sharing of revenue, and overhead that they can't overcome(easement costs), which
we don't have in a WIFI or over the air situations. The IPTV carries a huge profit margin, that once again we will share with
the MDU complex, something they won't do!. Sharing $ "Cements" our relationships with our affiliates.
Competitive advantage: Our Advantage, well It's unique! Not only in it's products combined for MDU (Free Choice
Channels on IPTV systems) its Revenue sharing approach, It's contracts for benefits of occupants, it's Assurance Policy
replacements for MDU equipment. But also in it's control setup of the MDU. It also warms our heart strings to know that
Profits are going to help the Homeless, Disadvantaged, Ministry work, etc. Locally/Nationally, where profits never went.
