Om energie te kunnen leveren zul je eerst energie
moeten innemen. Niet ieder individu heeft
dezelfde energiebehoefte. Dit is afhankelijk van
diverse factoren:

     Warmteproductie                         Lichamelijke activiteit
     Lichaamsgewicht                         Lichaamssamenstelling
     Leeftijd                                Groei
     Zwangerschap                            Borstvoeding
     Gezondheidstoestand                     Voedingstoestand
