1. Rodion Serebrennikovjoined our companyas a graphic designer in 2010 and worked with us, hold-ing since then vaious positions.
As a graphic designer (August 2010 – May 2012) Rodion was withthe establishmentsince we opened new business – GPF Hospitality.
He created identityfor several restaurants that were opened within that period,namely: Bar-Restaurant‘22.13’, Restaurant ‘Barbaresco’,
Bar-Restaurant ‘BarryBar’,Bar-Restaurant ‘Soho Lounge’. Rodion has proven himself to be a reallytalented designer withhis personal
approach. His works were based upon deep ideas and were re-markable for rational and creative approach,good sense of taste and
style. In fact,he put a legend,history, and idea into future successful brands.
As a head designer (May 2012 – January 2013) Rodion was noted for being a founder of Design Department specializing in the
restaurantbusiness. He employed several designers and succeeded in managing this departmentin a clever and well-organized way.
Rodion is,quite obviously, an em-ployee with well-developed multi-tasking skills and abilityto maintain control,even under pressure,
showing,nevertheless, steadycommunication skills.Again,as an employee he is energetic,profes-sional and positive in his attitude to
the work environment.He was able to inspire and teachpeople atthe same time.
Rodion has formed up his destination as a professional,creative and individual partof the companywith the great team. And he has
managed to caryout a few projects ata time – from supporting the existing restaurants to creating identityand brand looks (books?)
for the new ones,in particular – Bar-Restaurant 'Americano',Bar-Restaurant'Schastie', Kitchen-&-Bar 'Funky Kitchen', KRO Café.
Finally,as an art-director (October 2013 – February 2014) Rodion has fulfilled his potential as a thoroughleader who could organize
every process with strong administration management.He has increased the stuff and improved communication links between Design
Department and a team in restaurants to make the process clear and more effective. He has always aspired to make the work-ing
process perfect for his team and all clients.Besides,he constantlydemonstrates his own opinion and concept,whatever his job position
is,and this helps him to attain invariablywell results.
