The year 2011 has been an important year of transition for the luxury
yachting market as well as the Rodriguez Group. Our industry is
undergoing massive changes and it is more crucial than ever to know
how to meet the demands of an increasingly selective clientele.

The ambition of the Rodriguez Group has never been greater: both
in terms of the quality of our yachts (new and previously owned)
and the commitment of each of our employees to providing our
customers with excellent service. That commitment is reflected in
the profile of Benoît Filippi, head of our shipchandlery, which you will
discover when reading further.
You will also see that you can consult our recently reported annual results. They
are proof that the path chosen by the Group has been a fruitful one, heralding a
promising future.

SPOTLIGHT ON THE FORT LAUDERDALE BOAT SHOW.
After four days of challenging weather conditions, the 52nd edition of this international
event drew to a close on October 31st.
The show was an opportunity for the Rodriguez Group to present its finest yachts
across the Atlantic, in particular the Italyachts 43M. Camper & Nicholsons displayed,
among others, the 142’ Palmer Johnson - Incentive, the 140’ Feadship - Never Enough,
and the 77’ Hatteras – Happy Fish. All these vessels can be viewed at:

Throughout the days of the show, we had the pleasure of meeting our partners
and customers at our exhibition stand, a welcoming and modern decor, in sparkling
colours. The stand highlighted the Rodriguez Group’s contemporary new corporate
identity turned resolutely toward design and elegance.
Camper & Nicholsons also revealed its brand new colours and corporate identity
designed in shades of aquamarine and black: an atmosphere where distinction is
much in evidence.

We are pleased to announce the sale of two new builds and one previously
owned yacht: the 31M “SEA”, the 27M “Tsara 1”, as well as the Tecnomar Madras
“LadyCarola”.

We are proud to announce the arrival of a brand new yacht starting next May: the

season.

“A MAXIMUM OF SERVICES AND PRODUCTS, TO DELIGHT OUR
CUSTOMERS,” THAT IS WHAT BENOÎT FILIPPI,
HEAD OF THE SHIPCHANDLERY “LE YACHT” IS OFFERING.
The Rodriguez Group’s shipchandlery “Le Yacht” was established in 1994 by Gérard Rodriquez.
The aim was to make available to yacht owners and their captains, all the equipment
necessary for their yachts.
Ideally located at Port Camille Rayon in Golfe Juan, this shipchandlery operates on
principles dear to our Group. As Benoît Filippi, the manager of “Le Yacht”, explains very
well: “From the beginning, our philosophy was based on impeccable service -- a warm
reception and availability -- for each and every one of our customers. We have developed
the business by preserving those fundamental values.”
“Le Yacht”, offers 30,000 references, organized logically and rigorously over an area of 400
m², one of the largest on the Côte d’Azur. Benoît is aware of the strengths of his shipchandlery:
“All these references mean we can meet everyone’s needs for deck fittings, mechanics,
electronics, paints, cleaning products,…inherent to boats, whatever their size.”
If, by chance, the product is not in stock, “Le Yacht” will find the best supplier and order it.
Benoît and his team are actively involved in the daily life of the shipchandlery, as he says
himself: “We are completely familiar with the uses and most importantly the needs of
our customers. We have even gone so far as to develop our own brand of eco-friendly
products.”
We have to admit that coming to “Le Yacht” is not like coming to just any shipchandlery.
In every category, the sales staff strive to tailor their responses, even with regard to
ready-to-wear items. “Le Yacht” takes charge of carrying out any embroidery work on
crew uniforms and even offers top quality brands for everyone. Benoît believes that the
level of service provided should be constantly improved: “Visiting our store should be a
real pleasure, for everyone… We have therefore expanded our range of goods and invite
customers to do some pure shopping with top-of-the-range clothing and accessories, for
men and women, over much of the store.”
And “Le Yacht” does not stop there. Their delivery service is also exceptional, with two
delivery vans covering the entire Côte d’Azur all year long. For Benoît: “Having your order
delivered dockside is a service that a large majority of our customers fully appreciate.”
“Le Yacht” is open all year long, Monday to Saturday.
