2. Role of VP F in events
• Assist CCVP F in preparing event budget before
the term starts
• Ensure submission of discharge budget at the
end of the term.
• Default EBC for every event to ensure proper
management of Finances

3. • Can be a source of massive profits if managed well.
• A financial report must be sent to the MBSC Chair and
MCVP F within 30 days of the last day of the conference.
• The conference should be externally audited and the
financial report should be submitted in 90 days of the
conference.

• Estimate all incomes & expenses
• Estimate direct profit
• Ensure budgeting for
contingencies
• Have solid timelines and
deadlines for incomes
• Always have a Plan B

6. Planning Well
• Follow the National Standards given by the
MC for BKK & YSF
• Start in advance. Raising takes time.
• Have proposals ready in time.
• Understand and create your USPs and value
propositions.
• Approach companies who can get value out of
your target audience.
• Ensure regular follow up at all times.
