2. Role of VP F in events
• Assist CCVP F in preparing event budget before
the term starts
• Ensure submission of discharge budget at the
end of the term.
• Default EBC for every event to ensure proper
management of Finances
3. • Can be a source of massive profits if managed well.
• A financial report must be sent to the MBSC Chair and
MCVP F within 30 days of the last day of the conference.
• The conference should be externally audited and the
financial report should be submitted in 90 days of the
conference.

your target audience.
