● The corporate director is primarily responsible for focusing on the
public, market, competitors, and organizations.

employees and increasing efficiency.
Communication Purpose
● The purpose of communication for an HR
department may be to assess the employee's situation,
assess internal human resource weaknesses, and
eliminate internal threats.
● Communication leaders strive to maintain their
brand identity in the marketplace through effective
public relations. The goal is to harmonize the
processes of internal, external, and market
communication.
Role in Crisis
● Leaders of corporate communication play a
broader role, they communicate as the face of
the organization, ensuring that the situation is
under control.

deal with brand identity or public relations

Communication Process
● The HR acts as a go-between for senior management and employees.
