We reach a ceiling in most things we do. Harsh right? I think that’s something that many people miss until they reach it. I’d say that understanding that almost everything is finite in business is life-changing. That and a few other truths can help make a rational decision in uncertain situations. Obstacles and challenges are a given if you're an entrepreneur. It's what you signed up for when you decided to pave your own path. But how do you keep yourself motivated when it seems like you're constantly hitting roadblocks? We always hear about finding our “why” being the key to overcoming challenges. I think that’s 100% true. But also 50% of the solution. “Wait - what?” I think HOW we channel our WHY - our decision-making process - is critical, and requires more attention.
