report and baseline report on women’s labour rights in the horticultural value chains. The scoping study
identified value chains in the fruits and vegetable sector and the role and benefit of women in these chains.
The study assessed health issues, policy and legal frameworks, conditions of work for women (e.g. wages,
protection against chemicals, management of sexual abuse and exploitation), position of women, contribution
