• A 3 - 4 hour event. Flexible delivery
• Led by a trained experienced Rotarian

• Ideally it should include a representative
body of the Club’s members (or all
members in a small club)
• All members’ ideas are of equal value

the process in 10+ Districts shared two
common results.
• The Club encountered membership
growth in the first year
• Clubs initiated at least one other
significant service project or endeavour.

go (never enough time at meetings)
• It was not at all boring (as was
expected by some). I liked the dot
concept.

• The concept of looking ahead 5 years,
