country (CMCs) of the district
reporting to the DG and working
together with the district
membership committee chair
(DMCC).
 CMC should visit each club in
order to understand the real
situation, identify the needs,
identify together with the club
committee the adequate actions,
follow up and report to the DG
and the DMCC.

 Keep informed and implicated DGE and DGN
 Communication : develop a campaign about Rotary, RI and
clubs actions , ask beneficiaries and TRF Alumni to speak, use
social networks
 Budget : 10.000 USD to help the country membership chair
 Training seminar for CMCs
 Club’s road map : depending on the diagnosis
 Training
 Give responsibility to new members
 Actions benefiting to surrounding community
 Communication – More visibility into the community
 More opening toward young professionals and women
