My question for tomorrow would be if anyone has a letter, or format of asking our
clients for individual power partner referrals such as, their accountant, their probate
attorney, etc? Also, I have a question if anyone has a mailer piece of their industry
that is can create value to my clients that I can mail to my data base. Example, an
accountant would give me a “tax tips” piece that I can send out to my data base.

Sue Brazee, a family therapist, and Amanda Wheeler a probate attorney. I also asked

loved the idea of the community partnership mastermind. I also was enticing my
husband Clif to listen in, as I know he can bring some cool things to the table. I talked
with him about the Boys and Girls club, how he can donate furniture to this cause ie,
desks, chairs, lobby furniture, conference tables, and to bring in some of his power
partner clients into the mix as well to show them how he can help them increase their
business.
I have sent Tim’s video to several clients with my endorsement about the “book” and
how I have increased by productivity by 42% this month. J

to redefine their benefits package.
00:04:04 - In the past what people used to go for was socialization, networking
and connecting and they used to go for information.
00:04:14 - With the Internet and social media, you can make a lot of
connections online, and you can get tremendous amounts of information online.
And so a lot of the associations in all different industries are really struggling to
redefine themselves and to show members the value.
00:04:40 - The truth of the matter is that a lot of the associations aren't
bringing the value to their membership that they should and that they have to
in this marketplace.
00:04:51 - There are other associations that are bringing tremendous value but
they're not articulating and communicating that value in a really effective
manner.
00:05:06 - And so you have some associations that are not bringing value and
you have other associations out there bringing value but they are not informing
the members that they are bringing value and they're losing members like
crazy.

Great News . . . We recorded that session and now everyone can benefit
from Diane's coaching session!
Marve/Steve, once you listen to this, let's figure out how to get every loan
officer in the country to listen to this. With technology, media, YouTube, "Yes"
one video can do this and I think this is the one. First step is to get all the
executive directors and board members to listen to this to give them hope and
excitement.
Peter/Gerry, if you both get an executive director of an association to listen to
this (roughly 30 minutes) it will help you accomplish more in 30 minutes than
what you could accomplish in months or even years with associations.
Everyone . . . associations (in all industries) are hurting. If you help them, they
will help you connect to their members. You help on executive director and you
will have access to hundreds or ever thousands of people.
Master Mind Leaders . . . this helps you to understand how all the pieces for
a master mind work/connect together in a very large way. I would recommend
that you get this recording out to all your members, those thinking of becoming
members, and ask them how this applies to each person individually and then
as a group.

A little action from everyone, coordinated, will produce for more/better results
than a lot of actions from a few people.

understand and they do.

First let me congratulate you for clicking through to read WHY I created this
document for YOU.
(Even though I couldn't have made it any easier for people to find this specific
section to quickly discover my "WHY" ... I won't be surprised if many don't.)
I'd like to start with a question, "Is your WHY bigger than your but?" LOL (1|2)
The #1 reason I created this document is because of what's been my greatest
aha moment so far. My biggest takeaway from these mastermind calls has been
what Tom Kunz has shared with us on various occasions.
"Claim All Unclaimed Territory"
I first heard Tom mention this concept starting at the 00:04:15 timestamp of
Month 6 Week 3 where he shared with us that the concept of "claiming all
unclaimed territory" was passed down to him from his mentor and how Tom
attempts at every opportunity to pay it forward. Also be sure to listen in at the
00:35:00 timestamp of the same call where Tom shares deeper insight about
this life changing mindset.
Then on the 6 Minutes to Success - Investment & Return call at the 00:02:55
Timestamp Toms says, "The first week I was with Century 21 the person I ran
into, the one I thought was the golden child at the time.
He was the employee that was really reinvesting in himself. He taught me a
principle that I kind of live by and that was, claim all unclaimed territory.
And what he meant by that was don't sit back and wait for somebody to tell you
something. If you really BELIEVE in the company and you really believe in the
product and there's a vacancy or something that needs to be done, just go out

there and make it happen.
And that's what I did my whole career. When I saw something that was needed,
I just went out there and did it.
I didn't ask for permission. Sometimes I got some weird looks. Sometimes I
may even have gotten a slap on the hand but at the end of the day I went from
a manager when I entered that company to the president and CEO when I left
the company.
So I believe that a lot of that success had to do with ... Claim all unclaimed
territory."
The other reason I created this document is to help me to find out if I am your
divine connection and/or if you are my divine connection, or not. The quicker
we find that out the better off we'll both be.
Since divine connections are important and essential to everyone's success, it
would behoove you to understand who I am and what I'm doing.
