Trainings?
All training helps bring change…
ERP Training readies people for it…
It’s tough because most of us tend to be Change
Resistant
We deal with very large enterprise transformation projects. Any
significant transformation creates “people issues.” Dealing with
these issues on a reactive, case-by-case basis puts speed,
morale, and results at risk.
Hence, CHANGE MANAGEMENT.
It’s a dual role where a consultant has to consider:
1.People-readiness (ATTITUDE)
2.Work-force enablement (PERFORMANCE)
