Experience
Marketing Intern, Oregon Music Academy Portland, OR 2012
I conducted camera interviews with ten long term clients to examine their decisions to
choose the Oregon Music Academy over competitors. I then edited these videos into
brief advertising clips which were embedded into the company’s website and email
advertising. Finally, I developed and documented standards for filming, interviewing, and
editing.
Piano Teacher, Oregon Music Academy Tigard, OR 2010-2012
I was responsible for teaching theoretical and applied piano to 24 students. Additionally,
I developed a more rounded teaching curriculum through introducing Czerny and Hannon
finger dexterity drills.
Customer Service Associate, UPS Store Reno, NV 2008-2009
I was responsible for customer service functions such as packaging, shipping, and
copying. I helped develop a standardized customer claims log and advertising materials.
