their desires and needs at work. Employee satisfaction is
looked at in areas such as:

• According to survey it is found that the working
preference is given to male in the company.
• Most of the employee are working more than 10
years.
• Employee are loyal towards the organization
resulting enriched and considerable working
experience.
• Employee working in organization are satisfied
with their jobs.
8. CONCLUSION
In my study I draw the conclusion that employee
are getting familiar with work frequently and the
behavior of their superiors are cooperative and
move as advisors.
9. SUGGESTION
• Clear, Concise and consistent with the
employee.
• Monitor performance and reward for
contribution.
• Higher level authority should try to know their
employee.
• Provide the best tools and information to
employee.
