company’s rapid growth, cumulated in manual and disjointed
processes for their HR organization. As Abhijeet grew, the paper-
based activities and maintenance of their HR data became
time-consuming and decreased the productivity of the HR and
Administration teams. Abhijeet sought a solution that would
transform their human resources organization from transactional
to strategic. In particular, the unique HR processes that Abhijeet
sought to modernize included:

processes and existing HCM configuration to identify gaps
between the two. Because of the uniqueness of Abhijeet’s
business model, a standard SAP implementation did not meet
all of the client’s business requirements. YASH developed an
innovative, customer-centric solution that incorporated SAP
HCM Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS)
modules, SAP Level 2 Workflows, and SAP NetWeaver 7.0. In order
to integrate the necessary HR processes into the portal-based
ESS/MSS applications, YASH created the following customized
enhancements:
