Tesla Lab Let’s Build a God Damn Tesla Museum at
Shoreham, Long Island, US
• Deal signed to buy the Tesla Lab
• We are currently involved in the Phase I part of our “due diligence” to assess the property.
This includes environmental review of the documentation of the clean up of the property.
• Phase II assessment will include actual environmental testing of the soils and other parts of
the property to make sure what was cleaned up was done to legal and safe standards.
• We are also reviewing the things we want to include as part of the science center.
Architectural and structural engineering will be part of this phase of the work. Some exhibit
design and landscape design will be part of this, too. Decisions will be made about which
buildings besides the original Tesla laboratory are safe to keep and adapt for future science
center use.
• We are trying to use our resources carefully, and our legal representation is being done pro
bono. Our lawyers are partners in Squire Sanders, a large multi-national legal firm. We have
been enjoying the work of four lawyers from that firm.
• We are soon going to send out requests for experts in architecture, design, landscaping,
lighting, plumbing, heating, etc. It is possible that we will get some of the work done “pro
bono” by qualified people in those fields.

a Science Centre with maybe an incubator
10. Tesla the Movie

11. My Vision for Serbia’s
high-tech future
• Rebrand in terms of good engineers
• Create partnerships on these lines in order to prove superb engineering
skills with near shore & offshore development
• Only when 1 & 2 fulfilled start to attract investors to really invest into new
start ups who can be brought to large markets like the US & Silicon Valley
and/or become regional champions in the South East Europe built on the
recently better relationships with neighboring countries
• The ultimate dream having more people from the region being able to
incubate their ideas in the US like Tesla did.... and hopefully get more
recognition than he got (but we are changing this as we speak)
Rebrand, prove engineering skills by outsourcing,
attract investors for Tech & Regional Plays
11
and then the ultimate dream a 10x Tesla Home Run
