12. Step 6 our outside recycling area Our Compactor before 98 % land fill, now used for recycling items only. Before emptied once every 1.5 week, now every 6 weeks, everything is now recycling, savings !! Our general waste now, only one 1.100 litre bin per week, 75 KG to land fill Our new food waste disposal including primary packaging !! PDM Group, a BIO mass recycling facility, picking up the full bins twice a week.

Same procedure as before, 3 glass containers outside including marmalade jar’s Meat, Vegetables, Fruits etc. also with their original primary packaging only when food is left in the packaging. Otherwise, clean plastic in recycle, dirty in General waste Coffee powder including paper filter, Tee bags, Tetra packs with Juice only , flowers, candle wax, Housekeeping soaps only, food bin-liners, Ind. Butter portions, blue kitchen paper, no cleaning liquids blue paper towel to clean table tops with cleaning liquid, Floor sweepings, general dirt, dirty, pampers/nappies, filters, Hoover bags, sponges, cigarette buds, old rags, broken glass and china, hair spray, aerosols/deodorant, insides of pens, make up, crisp bags “non recycling”, Tip-Ex pots, used markers, balloons, broken jewellery, used cotton buds, hygiene bags, tooth picks, dirty empty bacon, meat and bags/containers and all items too solid to be recycled. Aluminium cans, non confidential papers, toilet rolls, tissue boxes, paper hand towels, news papers, magazines, plastic wrappings, books, empty plastic bottles, clean yoghurt pots, clean shampoo bottles, plastic packaging, washed out tins, small cardboard items (large pieces to Trevor), empty cleaning liquid bottles, plastic canteen cups , plastic file dividers, plastic lighters, plastic coat hangers iron coat hangers, covers from marmalade jars, Starbucks Take away cups including lids, paper napkins, coasters and lids.
