//(The Top floor.) You will find the Library desk as soon as you enter the Library. All books being issued or returned need to be brought to this desk. You will need your Student ID card (which is also your Library card) if you want to borrow books.
//You will also find the Enquiries Desk here. This is your fist point of contact when you have any questions about the Library resources. Our phone number and email address are on the Library website.
//Photocopying cards can be bought from the Orange Machine next to the Enquiry Desk for £1. They can be topped up on the blue machines.
Printer credit can be added to your printing account on the Grey Machine next to the Enquiry Desk
You can search the Library catalogue for books on the 6 computers next to the Enquiry Desk.
DVDs to rent for £1 per night are also found here.
Photocopiers are found in a room to your right as you enter the Library
There is a printer on each floor, towards the back of the building in the left hand corner.
The Library contains the only place on campus for students to study in silence. This is the place to come if you need to concentrate on your work without distractions.
The silent study area is found on every floor – this is the area t the back of the building, next to the windows which overlook the Dytche.
If you need to do group work then you can use one of our Study Rooms. You will need to bring your ID card to the Enquiries Desk and ask if a room is available.There are many other spaces on campus and in the Library for group work – please ask at the Enquiries Desk for more details.
On the top floor you will find books about: journalism, philosophy, psychology, religion, sociology, sport, politics and.
