- 1. SPAAR and NAR are partnering to offer the REALTOR® Excellence Program (REP), the industry’s first and only independently validated agent rating system, as a free member benefit. REP involves a satisfaction survey process that aggregates detailed service feedback and reviews from real clients of actual closed transactions. The feedback, accessible on a password protected site, is utilized by owners, brokers and managers to measurably improve service satisfaction with existing clients and to more effectively attract prospective clients. Agents control the option to publish or display customer feedback on RatedAgent.com or social media channels.
