SPB Services and Samsung become partners in Poland
1. Samsung and SPB Services are becoming partners in Poland,
call you tell us more about it?
Samsung’s new concept, Samsung Premium Service Plaza, has just been
launched and SPB Services is delighted to be part of it. We will mainly
diagnose, repair and even reprogram products, both in the setting of the
manufacturer’s guarantee and outside of it, and we will also take care of the
customers advice.
In your opinion, why does Samsung Poland choose SPB Services?
I think that what made the difference is our SPB group European dimension
and SPB Services is established in many countries, France, Spain, Belgium,
Germany, Italia… Furthermore, I think our technical skills were our main
asset. We have an expertise in repairing.
To finish with, what do you like the most about this project?
Samsung is a great brand to work with. Our team is very excited to serve
Samsung’s fans and users for now and in the future!
