know after watching the move The
Secret is, “How do I use the
secret?” The movie is good and it
does introduce you to the Law of
Attraction but it does not tell you
how to actually use the it in your
life.

One of the first things you can do in using Law of Attraction in
your life is to educate yourself as much as possible on the
subject of the Law of Attraction. Learn the very nature of the
Law of Attraction and how it influences your life.
The Law of Attraction simply says that you attract into your life
whatever you think about. Your dominant thoughts will find a
way to manifest. There are many strategies for clarifying and
focusing your thoughts, clearing your mind of negative or
unhelpful thoughts and breaking through old belief patterns.

The second step to mastering the secret law of
attraction is to get a journal and begin to write.
Do you know most people have no clue what
their predominant thought patterns are, nor do
they even know what it is that they want.
When you journal you can begin to explore your
feelings on a much deeper level. The process of
writing and seeing your feelings on paper clears
allows your true inner voice to break through
the chaos in your mind.

The third step to using the Law of Attraction is to
take small inspired action towards your goals.
With your new Law of Attraction journal you can
begin to track daily every action you take that is
in alignment with your goals. Its very hard for
most people to be aware of the way they spend
their time. When you set a specific plan and
track it in your journal you have a better change
of seeing how your week has gone, your month
and then your year.

• Your Perfect Day – Take the time to write out your perfect
day, from the time you wake in the morning until you go to
bed at night. What do you do? What do you eat? What work
do you do? Where do you live? Be very detailed, descript
how if smells, what you hear and how you feel.
• Visualization – Spend 10-15 minutes a day, to visit your
perfect day in your imagination. See everything that you
have written in your journal. Repeat this process until you
can not tell the difference between the your visualization
and your now.

• Visionboard – Spend a few hours creating your
visionboard, take pictures of the awesome
things that you want to attract in your life.
Words that inspire your and settings that
environment that you want. Arrange and glue
the clips in a pleasing way. Hang where you can
see it often.
• Repetitive Writing – On a blank piece of paper
write a sentence that the describes ONE thing
that you want to attract. Write it all the way
down the page.
8. The Law of Attraction is simple and powerful. Knowing
just a few Law of Attraction tips can make DRASTIC
changes in their lives in a very short time period.
