TRAINING:
 Training program (OJT) in AL-BIRUNI COMPANY for 8 months in HECSANOL
PLANT.
 Support the dissemination and implementation of the Operation C & SU team in pre-
commissioning, communication and safely startup of the plant.
 Develop and implement the Operation C&SU Management Plan and ensure compliance
to the SABIC SHEM’S management.
 Conduct the routine job as a field operator and panel operator.

PRECOMMISSIONING & COMMISSIONING:
 Having experience in Reaction, Crystallizer, Finishing, tank farm and especially prilling
tower system pre-commissioning and commissioning of One Million Tons per annum of
Bis Phenol Acetone (BPA) plant and plant annual turn around.
 I trained in the OJT for commissioning & start-up and running plant normal and shut
down safely.
 Having experience in solution polyethylene startup and shut down safely.
PROFILE:
Extensive background in operation, safety health & environment practically in petrochemical
manufacturing and power plant operation with hand-on from pre-commissioning,
commissioning, start-up, normal turn around.
Dealing with solid operation plant.
 Responsibilities include monitoring of Firewater system, deluge system, Checklist
updating of Fire Hydrant /Monitor system, Fire alarm, Gas alarm, Interlocks and Fire
extinguishers. Isolation plan preparation, lock, tags out and issuing of cold work, hot
work permits. Regular gas test in the field for Hydrocarbon, H2S, CO with portable gas
detectors.
