Andrew Meyers brings a wealth of industry knowledge to the executive team through his ground floor market experience in
the for-hire transportation sector. His strategic vision drives KAPTYN’s growth and development as the company continues
to excel at the forefront of one of the nation’s fastest evolving industries.

S. M. 'CORKY' GOWANS, COO - LAS VEGAS
S. M. ‘Corky’ Gowans brings decades of successful entrepreneurial experience to the KAPTYN team. As the founder of
ATM, armored, vault and transportation services provider, Respond Inc., Corky served at the helm of one of the fastest
growing companies in the United States. Under Corky’s leadership, Respond Inc. grew to more than 800 employees across
twelve states.
JIM MORGAN, CTO
Jim Morgan has been developing innovative software since 1996. He utilized this comprehensive experience in computer
technology, coupled with his double-decade experience in successful business management and development, to create
the technology behind KAPTYN.
MICAH BOSTER, COO - NEW YORK
Micah Boster brings 13 years of experience building creative deals and strong partnerships across numerous sectors. He spent
eight years at Google leading both sales and strategic partnership teams, and has since been involved in several
entrepreneurial ventures applying big data and new technologies to innovate in traditional industries. He holds a BS in Symbolic
Systems from Stanford University and an MBA from INSEAD.

Sergio is an internationally recognized entrepreneur, investor and philanthropist working at the intersection of media and
leveraging public-private partnerships for social impact. In 2012 he co-founded, as Chairman, PVBLIC Foundation, which
focuses on repurposing and donating millions of dollars’ worth of unused media space to non-profits each year. Previously,
Sergio co-founded Fuel Outdoor Holdings in 2003, growing the company to over 4,000 outdoor advertising locations in nine
markets nationwide, making it one of the top 3 largest, privately owned companies in the industry.
MATTHEW KIBBLE
Matthew brings over 14 years of financials services experience across asset management and investment banking. As the co-
founder of Australy International, he regularly provides advisory and investment services across a wide portfolio of companies
and industries. He is the vice-chairman of the New York City Global Young Leaders Dialogue and is an active speaker on
issues involving family offices and merchant banks.
